Can't speak for everyone else's experience, but I was very happy with mine. The ladies were very professional and friendly with how they kept me in the loop and explained things. Alicia was great! I'd rather them take their time and get the repair right versus being rushed back. From everything I saw, was very happy with how the vehicle came out. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Very busy body shop, easy to get lost in the shuffle so recommend you stay on top of your repairs and communicate frequently. They did a great job matching the paint and clear coat but neglected my request for OEM replacements and the repair took 4 weeks longer than quoted due to ordering wrong parts and having to wait for backorder after market replacements. The headlight they replaced was not installed correctly and when it rains or it gets washed the inside gathers condensation. Overall if you just have some scratches or need paneling replaced this is a wonderful shop for that, but if you require mechanical work, timely repairs, or anything complex I recommend you take it somewhere else.

Wanted them to do a job that was not completed by Gerber out of Panama City. Progressive was actually willing to show up to review the job and they said no!

7/22 Update. Was notified car was ready. When I looked at it, there was over 30 spots where dust was painted over, areas that hadn’t been properly prepped. Not to mention the side of the car was wet so I wouldn’t notice, nice try. There was also a foot long scratch on the area that was just painted. I’m baffled at how this is acceptable work for Gerber. Brought my vehicle here after being highly recommended and it was apart of the Geico Arx service. After two weeks, I was notified my car was ready. Upon inspection, my car had paint runs, areas with no paint and my steering was still not aligned properly after the accident. The manager Bill tried to say it was clear coat that needed to be wet sanded, but clearly, he was seeing what he wanted to see. The other manager stepped in and said the car needed to be repainted. Which was my initial assumption, but some people can’t accept when they are wrong. I’ve wasted several hours and lots of gas just driving to this place, only to be disappointed with poor quality control and even poorer management. Do yourself a favor, choose a better place to take your vehicle.

Horrible customer service .no knowledge of foreign cars or all wheel drive vehicles. Wanted to send a all wheel drive car to Goodyear but the shop could not perform a alignment. Incompetence of proprietary software, ecm, and bcm was unbelievable for someone working in th auto industry. The passive aggressive behavior of the front of house minus the manager was something out of a nightmare to the point my own insurance company recommended bringing my vehicle to a more professional shop. I want to commend USAA for their help through these trying times. Go with God not a fallen Angel.

I have to commend the professional helpful and totally personable Ali who apparently runs the front end of this company. She directs your questions to the appropriate personnel and is highly efficient in dealing with the public. She is definitely a keeper. Well done Ali!!!!!

Did a pretty good job fixing my husband's truck after a front end collision. Took them a few days longer than expected and when we got it back the ac no longer worked which we fixed ourselves instead of them having it yet another day or two. Cosmetically everything turned out great

My experience was great from beginning to end. The staff (Ms. Rebecca, Mr. Lester and Mr. Tony) was friendly, competent, professional, provided great customer service and I was kept well informed throughout the repair process. Very nice staff, fast service, good work. They would have received 5 starts, but their hours of operation do not accommodate business people.
