I'm not the type to post reviews very much but this place deserves to be recognized. This is the second time I've brought a vehicle to them and I won't be going anywhere else. The staff is incredibly nice, you can tell they truly want you to have a great experience. They are FAST and they're the best at what they do! The results speak for themselves

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop after my recent accident. They genuinely care about their customers. I was treated very well, and they took the time to explain the repair process when I arrived. They kept me informed throughout, and my car came out looking as good as new! They are incredibly responsible and deliver high-quality work. Highly recommended!

Ronnie and his staff were nothing short of amazing. It’s difficult to find an honest repair shop these days but I am happy to report that this place is one. I ended up there randomly through an insurance claim, and the repair was outstanding and timely. I returned a few days later because I had more damage from a tire I hit a couple years back (unrelated to my insurance claim). I had planned on just living with the tire damage mostly because the quote I received at a different auto shop long ago was for $1300. This was minor damage to my front right quarter panel and barely noticeable. After my insurance repair went so smoothly, I returned to see if I could get this previous damage cleaned up without getting taken advantage of. I talked to Ronnie and asked him for a quote. He heated up my quarter panel and re-formed it back to its original state. I was blown away because he did this in 5 minutes and did not charge me anything for the second repair. He also swapped out a bad brake light bulb for me. This shops professionalism was impressive and I can tell that management has created a “quality first” atmosphere. I sensed zero greed and instead received prompt service while my vehicle was handed with great care. Well run shop. Highly recommended. 5 Stars!

Good service. Took our 2015 Tahoe for complete paint job. Did it in fazes. Everyone from Jasmin to employees Raul Pardes to manager Ronnie. Excellent work, good communication. This our third vehicle Gerber worked on in past 18 months. Good all around team.

My daughter was bumped from behind and her sensors were knocked into the bumper. The other driver left without giving any information. I took the car to Gerber for an estimate in hopes that it wouldn’t be too expensive. I was greeted by Ronnie. He took time out to look at the car, asked questions for clarification and then offered to fix the sensors Monday morning. Ronnie’s customer service is unmatched. I had questions and he took his time to answer making sure I understood. I highly recommend Gerber collision for any body repairs. Professional, great communication, friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry. Thank you.

I was hit by someone during a garage sale. The lady that hit me was at fault and her insurance holder took good care of me and was put in a rental for a week. Gerber did an amazing job getting my car fixed. Great service from start to finish. Thank you to the staff for non stop updates on portal.

If I could give -0 stars I would. Our car was stolen here 5/13 & while the manager has been empathic, As a company how can you have NO guidelines to replace a customers car? Instead yall have a paper you make EVERY customer sign yall aren’t liable for “theft”? DO NOT GO HERE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Gate doesn’t even look secure to begin with. We think our car was set up by the shop people to steal, pictures & videos to prove. Its so obvious. Again, take your business elsewhere or else you may not have a car to have back after dealing with this company.

I took my car in that got re-ended and asked since they are repairing the wreck damage anyway, if they could do other parts on the car, and I'd pay for it. A week goes by, nobody follows up. Can't get ahold of anyone there. I get my car back and the rear looks fine but the rest of the car is still in damaged shape. The guy after the fact says, "yeah, we can paint the whole car for $$$". Great, would've done that if you had returned my calls, followed up like I asked, and kept my car for a week. Terrible shop, use anybody else instead!

I’ve not only had one but two exceptional and amazing experiences with My Collison Center. I’m not originally from San Antonio and when it came to reviewing collision centers in the area, I’m grateful I was told about My Collison Center. My experiences with the staff & their work exceeded my expectations and turn around time was quick yet efficient. Ronnie and his staff made both experiences seemingly smooth. I’ve also been greeted and talked to through out the process with the upmost respect - because dealing with your car in the shop can be frustrating at times.. but not at all with My Collison Center. Top notch service!

4 months and waiting. It’s not completely their fault for the long waiting time, but I do blame them for the slow ordering of parts and the lack of communicating set backs and delays. They could be more proactive in updating customer about progress!

Ronnie & Jazmine were great! Estimate was fair and total cost was accurate to the estimate. Tacoma Truck Cab paint looks awesome and work was completed early. Highly recommend for any vehicle paint/repair needs😀👍. Dave
