Place deserves a hundred stars. To describe this shop as fantastic is truly an understatement. Turn around time from drop off to pick up was about a week for my rear-end collision, and that included the day off for Independence Day. Everyone I dealt with here was on the same page, informative, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. You get a great sense of professionalism the second you walk in. No doubt I'll be back if I ever need their services again. Appreciate all of your help and special shout-out to John, Jerry, Chris, and Deanna for everything you guys did for my vehicle and me. Best shop in town.

I was up in Sedona and was waiting for traffic to move when a pickup truck that was parked began to backup. It reversed into my car's front corner bumper on my passenger side. Poking a hole through it with the truck's tow-hitch. To make a long story short, Gerber Collision took care of me and my needs. It was super easy and quick.

The gentleman that I spoke with was so helpful, understanding and nice. He took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. I would definitely highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of collision repair.

The service I received from the team at Gerber in Deer Valley after my accident was superior. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating and the communication from start to post-completion was above par, to say the least. My vehicle was returned in better condition than before the accident and sooner than expected. I only wish I could bring my vehicles here for all of my maintenance, repair, and upgrade needs. Thank you so much for turning an unfortunate situation into one that I drove away with a big smile on my face.

They have excellent communication skills ,they did excellent work on my car kept me in the loop with tex messages of when my car would be finished and even got my car done early called for me a rental and had rental company pick me up they just really did a excellent job with me car
