I recently stopped by Gerber Collision & Glass on a walk-in basis to check on some warranty work for my Kia Telluride. Josh, who handles warranty issues, helped me right away with professionalism and courtesy. Not only did he address my warranty concerns, but he also noticed and replaced a bulb I wasn’t even aware was out—going above and beyond expectations. His knowledge and customer service were truly impressive. I had such a good experience with this Gerber shop. I was greeted and all very friendly. I got the estimate very quick and got my vehicle back before i expected it. The work was terrific and very happy with it. Great shop.

Josh the manager and Dianne and peggy in the office were absolutely phenomenal to deal with, they kept me up to date on each an every aspect of getting my car repaired at their facility after an accident. 10/10 recommend to ANYBODY in need of body work done. Also love the warrantee that comes along with the work the do! the absolute best group of people hands down!

Thank you for the INCREDIBLE work on our Traverse and for your kind communication. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Jessica provided us updates weekly, and even when we got curious and called to check on it everyone else was kind and respectful. I called once to ask genuinely why it would take “so long” (it was only a month and I don’t know anything about car repairs) and they gave the phone to someone who could explain the entire process step by step so I could understand how in depth the repair was. Honestly I was at total ease after that phone call. When I picked up my car today, I was so thrilled with the job they did. It was cleaned and even the front interior was cleaned. Phenomenal work, easy to work with, and kind people. They made a mess of a situation easier.
