The lady at the front desk is super kind and helpful (sorry I don't have her name) and Jeff was great at handling my repair on my 2023 Mercedes Benz after someone hit me on the highway! I was super sad that my brand new vehicle was now damaged at no fault of my own, but Jeff and Gerber Collision assured me that my vehicle would be back to perfect, and everything would be Benz Certified since they are the only Benz certified shop in the OKC area. They also let me know if I am having any issues or concerns with anything at any point, to let them know and they will get my vehicle looked at promptly. Thank you for taking great care of my (baby) Benz!!! 😀

We had to bring in our car from a wreck, but were in a time crunch with a deadline to move to the east coast. While this was not communicated to the team, once I told Jeff this week that we would have to come back to get the car if it wasn’t done Friday he was able to expedite it, get it done quick and have it back to us looking good as new. Thanks to Jeff and the team for their awesome service, would absolutely recommend.

Extremely unprofessional the general manager Tim was ridiculous rude and not even trying to help. My car was in the shop for A MONTH and it was looked at for the incorrect issue. Two weeks later and they had just began to look at it for what they thought the issue was to not even be able to work on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Came to Edmond from out of town to have service work done on my Volvo. Volvo recommended Gerber on nw 166th to get an estimate from an auto accident. Drove to this location, was told you typically need an appointment, but they do allow walk ins. The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. He turned to the desk of 3 people behind him and asked if someone could do an estimate and no one could be available to help. He asked me about making an appointment for tomorrow and I told him I live 3 hours from here, but came here as recommended by Volvo. Not impressed……

TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE!!! Wife got rearended in her 2020 BMW 330i (not at fault). We chose Gerber Collision off 166th in Edmond, OK because it’s the only BMW-certified body-repair shop in state. At first, things seemed great: the advisor was receptive, understanding, and sympathetic while doing a walk-around. During the walk-around, my wife pointed out things and so did the advisor during the superficial inspection. My wife pointed out that the foot lift-gate no longer worked. He added it to his list, which included other damage. Days later, the advisor texts to let us know that repairs were finished and that it was going into paint. Given that the live-time expense report was available, which seemed low, my wife asked if the lift-gate had been fixed. The advisor said, “Uh, let me call you back.” He didn’t call back that day. When contacted again, he revealed that the lift-gate had not been repaired at all. This is after my wife explicitly pointing it out, the advisor noting it, and a complete teardown of the bumper. Still, it wasn’t addressed. So, more parts were ordered, further delaying the process due to either negligence or forgetfulness. Regardless, it wasn’t repaired before the call. After new repairs (confirmed by the advisor via phone) and painting, we went to get it. Firstly, we tested the car’s detection sensors around the rear and the lift-gate. The lift-gate wouldn’t work. Then the advisor tried... Still wouldn’t work. The advisor assured us it was working the day before. I assured him that I believed him. Afterall, what motivation would there be to lie? Now, you’d think the next approach would be: We’re sorry for the inconvenience—Let’s see what we can do to fix this. Nope. Instead, the advisor brought out a technician who tried and failed, and then another technician who tried and failed. They tried it in turns for 10 minutes, only stopping because I finally said, “It’s not working. What steps are next to fix this?” Reluctantly, we were informed, “Maybe a new module will fix this, but we’d really just be going down rabbit holes.” I replied, “I don’t care what rabbit holes you have to go down; I want my car fixed,” as Gerber promises pre-collision status/quality. Frustrating. Made worse by the lack of initiative to rectify issues and that I was being told about “rabbit holes”—a phrase synonymous with “lack of resolution.” Truly dumbfounded, as they’re paid for repairs. After leaving with the car, due to circumstances while they order more parts, we discovered, the same day, that the touchscreen is unresponsive, plus an error code every time the car starts. My wife called to inform them, and the advisor repeatedly said, “That’s unfathomable.” Emphasis on repeatedly. He said that he couldn’t wrap his head around how getting rearended could cause this sort of issue. Similarly, I don’t understand how the lift-gate wasn’t working after being fixed. But here we are. These things worked before the wreck. Now they don’t. Is it electrical? Maybe? Who knows? It’s not our job to do their jobs. Ultimately, after repeated “unfathomables” and talking over my wife, the advisor said he’d need manager approval to look at this. Said manager is on vacation, which is totally fine—not an issue. My wife spoke with the advisor again today, stating that she didn’t appreciate how she was spoken to during the “unfathomable” call, as the repeated statement implied that she was lying (difficult to take it any other way), on top of being talked over. (Noting: We can provide service reports from Jackie Cooper that state no issues with the touchscreen.) His reply: If you took it that way, there’s nothing I can do about it. So, ask yourself before going to this location, or any for that matter, how you would take this. Ask how you’d like to be spoken to or have your spouse/partner spoken to. Ask yourself if this is service you’d be happy with when paying someone. We’re still in this tooth-pulling process. Updates coming soon. Stay tuned...

This facility has taken a month with very few updates (that weren't prompted by me) to fix our vehicle. We still don't have the vehicle back and I have no idea when we're gonna get it as they have to send it to another place (AAA) to complete the repair as they are not equipped to do so. It was a pretty minor repair that is taking forever. Every time I spoke with someone it was just 1 million excuses. On Friday I was told that the only thing left to do was put a wheel on and have it aligned at AAA (pending any issues found from AAA)--I was specifically told the bumper was put together and it would go to AAA on Monday. It's Monday at 1pm, called to get an update and told they are putting the bumper together today and it won't even go to AAA until at least tomorrow. This place has contradicted themselves left and right. Buyer beware... Our insurance chose this place and I would never choose it on my own. I can't comment on the value of the repair as we don't have the vehicle back and this was an insurance claim. I received a message from Jessica in customer service at the shop stating “Kendall” has reached out…wrong. We did hear from Allen and our insurance adjuster—both had different stories. It’s now going from bad to worse. I’ll definitely be working with Geico and other insurance companies so that they no longer send vehicles to this establishment.

Worst customer service! Took my car to get repair estimate. They told me that I will get an estimate by afternoon. I called next day again about the estimate was told will be getting it in an hour. 5 days later still no estimate. If they are taking this long to provide estimate not sure how long it will take them to fix the car. Never going back again! Stay away from this location!!

Apparently this location only handles Mercedes, BMW, and Volvo. That is never indicated to anyone on their website. Also, they have "ghost" appointments that they allow patrons to schedule an appointment and then they call and cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Lanette, my estimator, was great! She was always available for an update or questions, and managed my expectations well. I knew exactly what was going on, and my car looks AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for body work. They even went out of their way to make sure the battery was good after the lengthy repairs. Customer service was above and beyond.

The initial inspection and estimate was EXCELLENT prompt, and courteous service, efficient and effectively communicates with the insured and the adjusters. Please keep in mind that services such as auto body repair have slowed down since covid due to supply chain demands. These are not circumstances they have any control over nor do any other body shop. I will update this review upon completion of the repairs to my vehicle.

Had a great experience I was hoping for a quick easy fix and that's what they gave me, my entire bumper fell off and it needed to be put on, Jerado (sorry if that not how you spell your name) helped me modify it and screw and clip it back into place. Very helpful. My bumper they said seemed to have a problem with it being bent in, probably due to the previous owner backing into something and that's why it fell off, because with it being bent it wouldn't stay in all the way and that the frame would have to be replaced. Which would have been 2000$ to fix. So instead the nice lady at the front ( I didn't catch her name) she came and looked at it and then had Jerado come and help me fix it. Thanks everyone at Gerber collision & Glass!

My accident took place in November 2021. The earliest they could get me in for a consult estimate was January 2022. I was fine with that. They then proceeded to schedule my work for May of 2022….okay I get it, it’s been a busy time since covid. It took them until early July to finish my vehicle. Nearly 2 months! All to fix a bumper from a fender bender. They constantly blamed parts not being “in.” If you have more than 3 months of time before work needs to be started how do you not plan and order the necessary parts for a job?! Completely unprofessional. And it was a constant reply of “we are unsure of when the work will be complete.” Uhh people need to have vehicles to get to work. Seriously this place was awful. So much to the point as I will be actively telling people not to go to them.

These guys are the best by far. I took my truck to them due to someone rear ending me. After all of the insurance hoopla, they were finally able to start repairs. When it was done I noticed an issue and they immediately put me on the schedule to get it fixed. Gerber stands by their work and will take care of any issue, even if it's a minor detail. I will recommend Gerber to anybody for auto body work and glass.

Yes, I was in Gerber Collision&Glass a week ago. Someone backed up into my car on a parking lot in front of a big store. There were witnesses but the truck fled the scene. I filed a Police report and a claim with my Insurance. They had a list of places where you can repair your car. I chose this one as it is closer to me. Very nice place, clean and wonderful, helpful ladies. They immediately scheduled me for July...yes, July...because they are booked with cars damaged by hail. I knew that from other places I called to. This is only my first impression of the place. I will update you when I get my car repaired

I took my car in for body work and ended up with a dead battery. The battery was in good condition prior to repairs. The shop agreed to reimburse me on August 12th, 2022 for a new battery. They claim the check is on the way but have failed to provide me with corporate's number and email.
