Old Alton Rd location was amazing! They did everything possible to make sure the work was right, fast, and as expected. They repaired issues that other locations caused, and kept working hard for perfection. Absolutely amazing!

Just got my Toyota Tacoma back today. Had bad hail damage. I didn’t think it would ever be the same. They cut the roof off and replaced. They replaced the hood. Replaced the bed cover. The windshield had to come out and so did the back glass. Painted the replaced parts and the front fenders. After all that it looks better than I could’ve hoped for. It looks like new. Thank you Brian, Orlando, and Penny. Y’all did a great job.

I took my car to have the bumper replaced May 6th 2023. May 6th, my car was not ready. No one called with updates for three weeks. I was told it would take two-three weeks to be repaired. After the third week, I was told the staff quit, the owner was in an accident and the production manager was doing all the work. May 5th I received a text saying my car was ready but was not informed they closed at 5:30 and that they are not open weekends. May 8th, I requested my car returned to me. A very rude woman said they had just opened and she did not have time to update me. I reminded her it had been over a month. She said my car would be ready in a few hours. Thankfully, it was. I understand life happens. If their staff quit, I should have been informed and given the opportunity to have my car towed and the job completed at a shop who had a full staff to complete the job in a timely manner. I rented a car for two weeks which cost me 1000$ and took an uber the remaining two weeks,. I would have appreciated a professional, empathetic staff.

This was really a very pleasant experience! The staff especially Penny walk us through the process and was amazing. Promise were made and were beyond met. Time frames were given and again met before dead line! They really went the extra mile to ensure that EVERYTHING was perfect! The neatness and cleanliness that they they returned our vehicle and the shop was just out of this world! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Cannot express our gratitude enough, that there are still service providers in the industry that take care of their customers like family! Thank you!

Took a Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the bumper replaced, $ 10,800 later and 3 months, got the car back and there were several paint defects that were so obvious even to the service guy, went back to pick the car up and only one of the issues was corrected, this went on and on and on. I finally got tired of sub standard quality, I guess I can live with fish eyes over new paint, gives it character. I wouldn't take a plow to them for paint. The last time I was there apparently everyone had quit at once. I'm giving them 2 stars because at least the bumper didn't fall off on the way home...

Worst customer service ever. I will never do business with this company again. Showed up for my appointment to get my car looked at and they said “your appointment is not in our system” and absolutely refused to try to help me. Avoid these people at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time.

After someone sideswiped our van, these folks did an *amazing* restoration for us! They kept us updated on their progress, and when we went to pick up our van we could hardly believe our eyes... It now looks NEW!! We highly recommend the fine folks at Gerber Collision & Glass!! 👍

I brought Gerber my 2013 Nissan Altima after a wreck and boy was I surprised at the level of service and detail they put into their work. Gerber identified issues from a previous wreck and not only gave me professional service, but also (not legal) recommendations on how to handle my situation. While I did end up needing to bring outside council to help with a DIFFERENT repair company, Gerber stepped in to not only diagnose my problems, but also help me find solutions for an extremely non-normal situation. If I could afford to, I'd buy them lunch every day for a decade. These are amazing folks that price fairly. My parents will now be driving over an hour just for an oil change because we respect this shop so much. They will also get all of our future business. A truly respectable company in a sometimes sketchy industry.

Went to Gerber today to get my mirror fixed and Randy was amazing! They were able to reconnect my wires and reattach my mirror without any cost (very little damage). They also buffed out some minor paint scratches. Would highly recommend this place and will be back if I need to get anything else fixed! The staff is also so nice!

Billy was great! He was able to quickly assist with our VERY minor bumper issue and he even buffed out some scrapes for free! These people were incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. Definitely give them a shot!

Five stars to Dylan Martin and Joey Ellis at this location for getting my wife's Mercedes back to her four days early! The whole process with this Gerber shop was smooth and effortless for us. We have a custom color that Mercedes does not use a lot and the color match is spot-on. The finish work is flawless. Bet you couldn't tell it was repaired; looks factory fresh! If you need body/paint work done, this shop should be your choice.

They have suc w wonderful costumer service. The lady in the front desk is very sweet and nice and the technicians friendly. They are very well organized (unlike Caliber Collision) and they call you every Tuesday and Thursday to give you updates on your car. I highly recommend Gerber Collision
