This is a great shop to take your car to. They fixed my car in a timely manner and kept me updated as to when it would be ready. It was actually ready a lot quicker than I had anticipated it being in the beginning. They were happy to answer any and all of my questions and when I got the car back, the part that they worked on looked fabulous. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about things I needed to do moving forward. David and his stuff were all very kind and went over and beyond to make sure my experience with them was easy and all my questions were answered. I would . I've never made a review before, but i'm very grateful for the staff here. My car was almost totaled out, but the lady gave me a bunch of advice. the staff here did great with helping me and keeping me calm. a very stressful situation became a lot lighter because of the staff. even tho they couldn't work on my car, i would def recommend them. they are great people and keep you updated even before they begin working on your vehicle. just wanted to let y'all know because i know wrecking a car is very stressful.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber. They kept me in the know on the repairs, finished my car a month early, cleaned my car so it looked like new (even on the inside) and was some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. I highly recommend them for collision repair. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff there are very nice. They did a great job on fixing my car. They keep you up to date on how things are going on your car being fixed. I would most definitely recommend them.

I got into a car wreck November 29, 2023 and the back bumper on the passenger side was badly hit. It took until mid December for the insurances to get settled and was recommended to go to Dalton CarStar. I almost choose them until they told me they were gonna be backed up until March 2024. I decided to call around and found Gerber Collision and Glass on North Dugg Gap Road. They were able to fit me in January the 8th, 2024 and decided to go with them. I’m really happy I did although they had told me my car wasn’t going to be done until February 16th. I ended up getting my car back sooner than I thought on February the 1st and the results were as if I never got into car wreck. Not only did they match the same bumper they even cleaned the outside of my car and shinned it for me. The back passenger tire got hit as well and after test driving it the day I got it back it didn’t have a wobbly feeling like it did before. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass !

Wow. Incredible service, fast turn around, and just hands down the best experience I have ever had taking my car into the shop. The entire crew from the front staff to the mechanics are extremely professional and very honest/ transparent from the start. Not only did they repair my vehicle in a 1/10 of the time I was quoted everywhere else-- they returned it in IMMACULATE condition. They even took the time to buff up the opposite sides of the damage which saved me a TON of money and made my car look brand new. As a woman who usually HATES taking her car in- take it from me that they have my lifelong business!!
