The company was very thorough and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process with my vehicle. The best part was not only did I get my vehicle before projected finish date, she looked amazing, couldn’t tell she was wrecked at all!

I think Gerber Collision are a great group to do business with all the way around! Matt my assigned appraisal agent is very professional and explains the process from beginning to end. I felt he had my best interest in making sure my vehicle be repaired from top to bottom! Great people for sure! Carl West

Matt at Gerber Collision on Farrow Rd in Columbia SC gave me an estimate for a bumper repair work. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and car rental. What initially impressed me was how thorough he was in explaining the process and getting me scheduled. The repair required a recalibration of my dynamic cruise control which was coordinated by Matt with the car maker's trained technicians. Amazingly, the car was delivered before the estimated date and looked brand new. Dina, the Admin, had my paperwork ready for checkout and she arranged for me to leave my rental at their location for pickup and return. Couldn't have been a better experience. I highly recommend Gerber Collision.

Insurance company sent me to Gerber. I scheduled my work to be done. Gerber cancelled my appointment. They had the wrong serial number. That caused my cancellation. No body in the office can help. No body understands that it is there screw up. No one can resolve it. 9 months after the reck I still have not been serviced.

Just to start off would give this company a 0 but it's not listed. I took my vehicle there for some front end damage. They did a totally horrible job on the fitment paint and lights. They installed parts that wasn't on my car. I asked why and just gave excuse after excuse why the parts was on my car installed wrong. If your not going to put the car back to it original form just don't touch it. I wouldn't recommend this company to fix any car mine not even my bicycle.

My experience with Gerber on Farrow Road was horrible. Initially the customer service was okay, but I had to wait 2 months from the date of the hit and run. After the repair the process began, that service quickly declined. They failed to communicate with me about the status of the repair. I was charged for the rental because they did not submit the request to Enterprise. It took 3 times as long and after two attempts my vehicle is still not to my satisfaction despite being told "We want you to be satisfied." Your satisfaction is our goal." Clearly it was not. I would not recommend ANYONE to this company for any repair work, especially this location.

My insurance referred me here and in less than 10 minutes I received a call from them. I was hit on the passenger side of my car with a scratch from the rear to front side. They kept me updated almost every day to make sure I knew the updates! It only took them a week to have my car fixed and ready! My only worry was not being able to get the same Sparkle White Paint I had before but it perfectly matches. THANK YOU GERBER COLLISION! I am very satisfied with your staff and work!

Pulled in to get an estimate for a crack on my bumper and was advised it would be 3 weeks before someone could even “look” at it… I guess people don’t just come outside and look at the car anymore and write something up…
