i have always gone to Walmart to get tire service. someone suggested I go to Gerald's tires and Brinks. I needed brake service too. When I went there to get a quote for both, I was shocked at how cheap it was. The tires I needed were $32 cheaper than Walmart quote. Then I needed all new brakes and other stuff that needed to get done with the brakes because they were in very rough shape. I got a very cheap quote for it. Also, when I do go to Walmart just for tires one time I waited four hours just for the technician to come out and get my car. After I drop my car off a technician went and got it in 25 mins then it took them 2 1/2 hours to do the work. That's amazing. I don't know how this company stays in business with very good prices but whatever you're doing keep it up. I will never go anywhere else again for tire and brake services. Thank you from the guy with the Boston accent. Tell my New York friend at the front desk I said hello. Customer service was amazing. They explained everything. If I had any questions, they answered everything.

There’s a young man there by the name of Zeek that is the epitome of excellence. I had an issue with a used tire and he went above and beyond to correct the problem as if he were the owner of Gerald’s.

Really happy with the entire experience with this appt at Gerald’s for new tires. They were prompt with getting my truck in the bay and kept me informed of anything they discovered. The place is clean and the ladies bathroom was even top notch! Thanks to Earl Wigger for setting up the whole appt and to the staff of the summerville store, you are amazing!

Outstanding!! We paid a very reasonable price for 4 new Yokohama tires and oil/filter change. Exceptional customer service; very cheerful, friendly and welcoming. Entire staff was great and completed everything same day. My wife and I were extremely pleased and grateful.
