They picked up my F250 for a coolant leak. While they were doing their general initial inspection they also found that my right rear caliper pistons were cracked. Great find. Then they Found that both of my upper and lower ball joint needed replacing. Another good find. They performed all the required maintenance to get my F250 back on the road safely. Their initial general inspection of the vehicle allowed them to find other areas of concern for my f250. Job well done and a Big Thank You to all that were involved in making my F250 safe. They picked up my Truck from my house and also delivered it back to me house. Great Service and a job well done.

Had been looking for a good, trustworthy auto shop for quite awhile and finally found it in Genuine Automotive. My service advisor Steve listened to what I was looking and after doing their 57 point inspection explained everything and noted things that would should be addressed immediately for safety reasons and those that needed watching but addressed at a later time. All their service estimates were reasonable for the identified services and considerably less than any dealership estimates for the same services. When I brought the car back next day to have the needed services done, they even found a previous problem (not evident on initial inspection) and remedied it at no charge! Their customer service is exceptional and would recommend their services to anyone!

I’ve been back with two other vehicles for brake work and they have been able to do the work and get my vehicles back to me very quickly. I still recommend their service 100%. [2023]The people at Genuine Automotive and Diesel were great to work with. Needed a new engine and they were able to shop around and get me a new engine for less than a rebuilt engine. They explained the issues and there were no surprises. I recommend this shop 100%.

Genuine Auto has the nicest people that work there & exemplify Customer Service. I love working with Katy. She always explains things in detail: what I need to fix and why and I never feel like I’m being ripped off. Not only do they do a great job mechanically every time, they take care of you when you have an emergency.

I would highly recommend this auto shop Dwayne the owner definitely went on and beyond to make sure that I understood exactly all the charges and what they would be fixing in my truck they even provided me with the loaner car no charge they test drove my truck and they even texted me a couple days after the repairs to make sure everything was still going good on my truck I think I found my main mechanic it's not easy to find good mechanics so definitely I would recommend going here . Thanks Dwayne and his teammates for a great experience!

Was looking for a well-reviewed shop to bring a Sprinter van for maintenance; Katie at GAD was very kind and knowledgeable, and confirmed they have the necessary diagnostic equipment to connect to the computer in the Sprinter and put it up on a lift. Katie was able to schedule me for same-day service. They have a comfortable waiting area, and they seem to have a lot of experience especially with large vans and commercial vehicles. I particularly appreciate their concierge service, which will save me a lot of time not having to drop off/pick up the vehicle before and after service and uber back to the office etc.

Yep. Still the best mechanics and business I’ve ever dealt with. After needing some additional tuning from a wreck where my car should have been totaled, they have fixed whatever was needing to be fixed in a timely manner. Also the folks that work here are friendly and always enjoyable to have conversation with while waiting for things to be fixed.
