After reading so many wonderful reviews on these guys, I called for an estimate on a timing chain replacement. But before "replacement" could leave my lips the guy said, "we don't do that"! I asked, "You don't do that?" He said, "No. We don't get that into them." 🤔....I thought this place was a REAL mechanic shop. It's more of a oil and Lube shop turns out. I'm so Not impressed. 👎👎

ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR CAR AFTER SOMEONE ELSE WORKS ON IT BEFORE YOU PAY THEM! Called on Monday to schedule a used car inspection, oil change, and cv joint replacement for Friday and dropped it off Thursday night. Called them at 330pm Friday because I hadn’t heard from them and they had just finished the oil change, just starting the inspection, and informed me they hadn’t given themselves enough time for the cv joint. When I picked it up the lock cylinder on the drivers door had been shoved in so I had to unlock the car from the passenger side. I confronted the owner about breaking this and he claimed it was like that when he arrived that morning but he could fix it in a couple weeks for $300. I couldn’t prove he had broken it so I walked away and bought a key fob for $50. Checked the oil level a couple days later and it had been overfilled. When I went to drain some out the oil was black, as if they never drained the old oil, and the drain plug was now stripped. I ended up running an engine cleaner through it and changed the oil myself.

I love Tate and Andy! I don't let anyone else work on my car except them. I know I can trust them to tell me what my car needs and they won't make up fake stuff. I also know that when I ask them to fix my car it'll be fixed and not break again in 2 weeks.
