My daughter began having her car serviced by Mark a few years ago. His quality of service and attention to detail has been excellent. Being a concerned Mom of a single young woman with very little knowledge of automobiles (who also lives two hours sway) l am so grateful. I had encouraged my daughter to find an independent mechanic to build a relationship with for car care. Genes has been convenient, honest and dependable with very fair pricing. If l could give 10 stars, l would do so without hesitation.

I will never go to a different mechanic. Not only did Gene do excellent work, he was very straight forward, and he saved me thousands over what the dealership wanted to charge. Not to mention the historic building his business is in is incredibly cool

Super helpful local shop and very friendly owner! They did a pretty significant repair for a very fair price and got my car back to me quickly. Definitely will be back for future needs.

They got me right in on a Saturday to fix my water pump so I can get to work. They fixed it in 3 hours. I couldn't find anywhere else to go and they got me back on the road!

Mark is a kind, honest, and reliable mechanic. He gave me a big discount when I brought my car over to fix its catalytic converter after hearing the story (the previous mechanic overcharged and did a shoddy job) and even offered to give me a ride back while it was getting fixed! He is the best car mechanic I’ve met. If you’re deciding between this shop or other shops in the area, hands down choose this one.

Mark is the most honest and reasonably priced mechanic I have ever been to. When I brought my car in, he listed all of the repairs in order of importance and cost and helped me understand what was a priority for safety and overall longevity of my car. My car is now running like new and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I would reccomend this place without a second thought! The lead mechanic is so experienced and friendly. He talks to the point and he explains the matters in a clear manner which is a good thing. The first time I visited here, it was winter and I am new to snow covered roads and the lead Mechanic (I believe his name is Mark, please forgive me if I am wrong 🙂) even gave me great tips and a kind of crash course on how to drive on snow and how to get practice on snow! As long as I live in Cleveland Heights, he will be my primary mechanic! Edit: Availing their services for 3 years now and it's getting better!

Mark is truly and clearly the best mechanic that you will ever work with. He is straightforward, reliable, and honest to the core. He has performed miracles on my car and gone above and beyond every time I have worked with him. He does not overcharge (in the slightest) and wants to only fix what needs to be fixed. When I move away from Cleveland, I will have to have my car shipped to him!

Came in with battery issues. Gene was very upfront that it was a simple case of just tightening the bolts on top. He didn't charge me at all. I appreciate this type of honesty. Would recommend him to someone else, as he was also recommended to me for his reliability and honesty.

I was referred to this mechanic by a friend. While the building is unorthodox, the work was great. After getting a second opinion here I saved $1,600. Conrad did not have the part for my vehicle and he had it in stock and installed it the same day. I have found my new mechanic.

The battery in my vehicle was virtually dead and I was unable to jump it. One of the mechanics literally drove to where I lived (I'm about 2 blocks away so it was convenient), jumped it, took it to the garage and they installed a new battery for me. Truly grateful to this place 🙏🏾
