“I recently visited gbg auto repair for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were quick, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even took the time to explain everything they did. Mr zack is the manager and he is so nice and friendly Fair pricing and excellent customer service—this place is a gem! I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs. Highly recommend gbg auto repair to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

Took care of my inspection and oil change in no time . Always does great work, if they notice something you didn’t notice and can take care of it for you, they do it with a smile on their face . Great place 10/10 recommend

After calling 5+ other shops that wouldn’t work on my SUV, I Took my Saab 97-X (which Saab isn’t even produced in America anymore so parts are hard to come by) in to get the A/C worked on. It needed a blower motor resistor which is a special order part so I figured it may take some time to get everything back in order. Maybe even multiple days. One day was enough of riding around with no air in Texas heat during the middle of summer so I was looking to get it fixed asap. My guy Hussein who I spoke to on the phone did his own diagnosis and agreed to do the job. I dropped the truck off and didn’t even make it home before Hussein called to let me know the part came in and had already been installed. My air was back blowing fine within an hr and a half of me leaving it at the shop. This is the only place I will be taking my vehicles to from now on. 10/10 would recommend for great service and reasonable pricing. I’d give extra stars if I could. Ask for Hussein if you want the best service!

RED FLAG. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. HUSSEIN is not an honest individual. Wanted to do repairs that were JUST DONE at another facility. He backtracked when I showed him paperwork.IF YOU ARE A FEMALE HE WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 RED FLAG !!

I drive a 2013 Range Rover Evoque my car ran and drove perfectly fine. I started experiencing some rough idling long story short I needed a throttle body hose. $650 ROBBERY check engine light was on before going, check engine light was on when I Ieft after repairing the hose. There’s two TECHS by the name of HUISSAN OLDER MALE & works along the side with his son who repaired it. I didn’t receive no receipt, no warranty or anything regarding the work done. You pay through Zelle 🗑️ I mentioned my engine like still remaining on Alex the shop owner stated to drive it a few days to see if it would reset. Never did, So I took it back a few days later to have a 2nd look at it another tech name HUISSAN younger male overall stated now I have a oil leak I need to replace the valve cover & a turbo charger sensor reminder no problems before the throttle body hose replacement now here comes additional problems.. $125 hr to fix. One week later vehicle starts to smoke, services lights flickering on the dash Hussain states I need a AC COMPRESSOR & SERPENTINE BELT $1300 later. I decided to get a 3rd opinion at the dealership which comes out to be the crankshaft pulley $1k to fix there's absolutely nothing wrong with my AC COMPRESSOR FRAUDS‼️‼️ All these problems started to occur after the hose were replaced. Hmmmmm.. seems like the shop took advantage of me as a woman and believes they’re behind these new repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THEY ARE FRAUDS‼️‼️

I’ve been coming to these guys for a few years now since I live close by and I’ll be sticking with them even if I live further out. Hussain has come through clutch for me several times. He’s very good about communication, gives realistic expectations on truck/car solutions & pricing, and has a very good attitude. The other guys also take care of you well, but if you ask for Hussain, you’re getting the goat 🐐. Thank you GBG for taking care of me. Highly recommend these guys!

This place is fine for inspection but if you want any work done stay far away. I have been here multiple times for an AC fix each time they have never fixed the problem. They never keep records. They didn’t even know the quote they gave me when I showed up to pick up the car. Complete waste of time and money and it’s frankly a scam.

I recommend Hussein and GBG Auto and inspections for your auto service needs. I have a dealer only serviced late model Cadillac that I took to the dealer for a roaring noise diagnosed as a rear wheel bearing. After I refused the service because of how expensive, I went to Hussein and GBG. They took care of me, did great work and had good customer service. Like going to the dealership, with out the dealer mark up. Go check them out!
