Nick, at the summer avenue location, was very courteous and professional. As a single female, it is hard to find a business, especially a mechanic, that will not try to take your money, which has happened to me in the past. In addition, the older lady working up front was also very pleasant.

Cynthia and the staff did an excellent job making sure my Nissan Juke was fixed fast. I had brakes and rotors replaced at a good rate with warranty. The facility on summer ave is brand new, clean, organized, and well kept. They also had good complimentary snacks. I am happy I stopped by this location. Thank you!

I was told that my less than six month old front tire of a set purchased at Gateway was not under warranty. When I inquired about replacing, I was told it could not be done that day. This was 11am Friday the 3rd of January. I was told to leave my wheel and that the tire would be in Saturday by noon, and I would be called. After no call by 1pm, I found that the store closed at noon. How does an employee not know that. Was it deception or outright lie.

Took my ‘14 mustang in on a Saturday for a leaking tire. The staff was extremely kind and easy to work with. They texted saying my car was ready 45 mins after drop off. I called and asked if they could change the wiper blades, they did and had it ready in total only an hour after it was dropped off. This was my first visit and I will be very happy to go back :)

I'll buy the tools yo manually change my own tires before I pay 60 per tire to mount tires I already have. Just say you don't want to do the job! It's way less disrespectful that way

My boyfriend came to have his car’s tires changed. He paid for two but after an hour of waiting, he found out they only changed one tire. He came back and informed the front desk. The technician started giving him attitude and said “Yall killing me”. Excuse me, did anyone force him to work there? My boyfriend had to wait for another hour for the other tire change. We love Gateway, and always coming to their location for the service but this time the experience is bad.

I bought battery there. When I returned to have cables tighten I was told Gateway did not have any battery techs available on fridays and Gaterayvdies not take appointments for battery . Was told to show u any day at 730 am and hope one is scheduled . That is the truth as unbelievable as it sounds . The lady behind the counter was angry very angry with me for asking. I will never use any Gateway service . I have been trying for two days to get general managers name or corporate telephone number. Can anyone help. Thanks

On poplar the manager was rude; unhelpful. Interrupted the desk person helping me. Informed me he did not have time for an analysis. After 20 years never again while he is there

Completely rude. My wife stopped by to see if they plug tires and got a lecture and insulted. March 8th, 2024 at 2pm. I'll never do business with any of the Gateway Tire and Service Centers.

Extremely slow!!! Prepare to wait for them to take hours to do an oil change or change a tire . No one was in front of me, don’t understand why it took so long.

I currently at Gateway Tire and I would not recommend. Poor customer service and after waiting too long to have my car serviced, I now have to wait pay (as their system is down).

Certified mechanic, replaced steering components on truck and needed an alignment due to not having an alignment machine. Took it to Gateway on summer and was told that all the parts I just put on needed to be replaced to a tune of $1515! This is one of the most dishonest companies i have worked with. It’s a shame that companies are out here trying to get over on hard working individuals. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money with Gateway. I would say it was limited to this one location but unfortunately I had a family member deal with the same SCAM at another location the next town over.

I went in for a tire alignment at midday, and they were able to return my car the very same day. Hate way service is very professional and the facility on Summer Ave was very warm and welcoming. They have so many car lifts and are very well staffed. My experience was excellent!

Just left and this is an awesome place of business, womens bathroom clean , staff greet you, never crowed , nobody is rude , just a great business I will aways go back here.

This Summer Ave Gateway Location: Unable to deal with a 2002 Acura, 'because it is so old.' Simple but dangerous problem with car stalling due to fuel pump or IACV, but even when given this information the technicians at *this* Gateway location remained clueless. Kept my car for two days but did nothing. To be fair, they did not charge me for being confused and doing nothing, so at least there is that. The next day the car car stalled twice going down the road at 30-40 mph. And the day after that I took it to a more reputable shop / mechanic.

Very clean facility, would rather be assisted by Jimmy/Jim. I returned to pick up my vehicle after a texting saying it was ready, I was assisted by a Latino lady who had, or act like she had no idea what I was talking about. All I wanted to do was make my payment, inspect my vehicle and leave. Some people just aren't cut out for customer service 🤷

Came it close to 1 pm didn’t know they were closing soon and had one repairman but they still serviced me, only took them 30 minutes to tell me the problem with my car and fixed it. Very fast service and friendly staff.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. After multiple problems at another location the team at Summer Ave helped me! No issues, they were very professional reasonably priced and I was on my way with a new pair of tires in about 30 minutes. I will be using this location for all my future car maintenance needs.

I went to this gateway on summer, to get an alignment, after an hour the manager told me that I needed a lower left control arm on my Infinty Q70L, and refused to do the alignment, I went to the gateway on Covington pike they told that i didn’t need any parts and completed the alignment, DO NOT TRUST THE GATEWAY on summer ave.
