The service team has diagnosed the issues every time correctly. They work to reduce costs wherever possible. I have had to bring it back for rework afterward a few times but that’s ok. Alex has been straight and responsive.

I have an ev. On their website they say they work on evs so I scheduled a service. I drive 40 minutes from my house. A friend picks me up and drives me all the way back to my house after drop off. As we were pulling into my driveway they call and say they don’t work on evs. So I turned around and drove all the way back to pick up my car. Wasted time, missed work due to their incompetence!

Wife took her Acura here this week. Made an appointment, but still waited a few hours for her oil to be changed. During the wait, they sent us generic photos of another persons car with generic maintenance items like timing belt change, worn strut seals etc when we had all these items done not 1500mi ago. At bare minimum, they should’ve also topped off her wiper fluid…they didn’t. Not a great shop. Business is very shady trying to sell services that aren’t needed. Only gets two stars because I think they did change her oil…will have to check the oil levels else to verify.

I had a code pop up on my dash outside of Boise while driving up to Washington State and called Gary’s to see if they could check it out for me. Not only did they squeeze me in without an appointment, but they checked out my car immediately, ran a few checks, and gave me the go-ahead to finish my drive home. Incredibly kind, professional, and timely people. Almost makes me hope I have car troubles in Boise again. Cannot recommend enough.

Taking my truck back to have these guys fix their mistakes for the second time. I spent $7000 on front end work and an airbag install. When I got the truck back I could tell right away the alignment was wrong so I took it back the next day and they fixed it. I drove to Arizona to pick up a 5th wheel and realized the air bags weren't holding air. I got under the truck and found the fittings werent tight. I couldn't get to the fitting because I bolts were stripped. I had to drill them out to fix their work. During that trip I felt like the steering was very tight at low speeds so I called to let them know and I was assured it was just due to the new steering components and they would break in. After a couple weeks I had enough and took it back. They told me something was wrong with the tie rods they installed, they fixed them and I picked it up after hours. As soon as I got on the road I could tell immediately the alignment was off as the truck ran all over the road not to mention the steering wheel wasnt even straight. It seems like these guys are cutting corners and now the brand new $7000 front end I just had done has will certainly not last as long as it should.

fantastic auto shop. got an oil change and inspection. staff are awesome. shuttle is so convenient. dropped off my car after a 13 hour night shift, went back home to Meridian to get some sleep, then they picked me up once I woke up. definitely going back for future maintenance this year.

They do good work, but good Lord will they make you pay for it. Expect a 100% mark up on parts and $175/hour for labor.
