Maybe I'm being picky but leaving my F-150 all day Fri, charged over $600 and released to a truck with the same exact problem I went in for was not such a great deal and to me not a good business practice. I will not be taking any of my vehicles there nor would I recommend this shop. Unless you break down in front or prefer paying double steer clear of this shop.

Excellent!! If you are looking for a reliable, responsible, affordable auto repair shop run with integrity, this is the place. My daughter’s Audi stopped running unexpectedly. We had it transported to Garrigan’s Auto Repair shop in Tucson. Thomas immediately helped us. He was upbeat, friendly, helpful, organized and professional. He did a thorough diagnostic inspection to pin point the problem and make the necessary repairs. His communication was timely throughout the process. The repairs were made quickly, and the car was ready when promised. We are thrilled to now have a repair shop we can trust. Thank you Thomas! Thank you Garrigan’s!

update 1/24/25 Went in for a check up and even though got some pretty bad news, there's no denying the transparency and attention to detail these guys have. Service advisor Thomas and Technician Alan were masters of juggling a busy schedule but they make time to make sure you're being attended to and inform you every step of the way. Won't go anywhere else in Tucson ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Very happy I found Garrigan's Auto Repair shop on Google and went with my gut because these guys are fantastic. Taylor, the service advisor, was very polite, professional and straight up while not pushing anything unecessary. Very communicative throughout the whole process. Truck is running smoother and happy to pay the very reasonable price for a very much needed peace of mind. Definitely recommend and will be back if anything else needs work. Thanks, guys

My sister was having problems with her Nissan Titan and Garrigans took it in Thurs morning; diagnosed and confirmed my suspicions with a phone consult ; ordered rare parts from California; replaced all the intake system’ leaking parts and also the MAF sensor with Original brand parts…. ALL, by Friday 5pm !!! Wow I suggest you read the owner’s welcome statement, true to their words. This shop does not take integrity away from working with women customers. My sister said there were several women customers and the store is clean and inviting. I come away from her experience so relieved and convinced that I will bring my vehicles here and spread the message that your hard earned money is spent wisely here. Thank you. Ralph H. Customer service is horrendous. They told me to leave because I didn't feel like divulging my martial status. Guess they can't fix a car until they know you have a spouse. I also overheard them telling employees to just get someone else out of the shop no matter what they have to do. Doesn't sound very professional.

I had issues with the battery connection, was able to make it to Garrigan’s Auto, Taylor took the time to look at my jeep, explained to me what was wrong and completed the work that day! I have taken my jeep there twice now and both time have received outstanding service!!!

I made some mistakes on my daughter's truck. A search on Next door I found Garrigans. 5 stars is not a mistake in Tucson. This business deserves it. It's small but very honest. Very hard to be in the automotive field.

Incredible team here. I had a bit of an emergency with my 2017 Subaru. Not only did they get me in and fixed up ASAP, they also helped me with getting a warranty payment from work I had done in New Jersey 6 months prior! These guys are the real deal and I feel confident that they did quality work on my car. Brian was incredibly efficient and Taylor was so friendly and helpful. Check them out if you have a car that needs to be serviced!

Today was the first time I got my car serviced at Garrigans Auto Repair. My car suddenly wouldn't start, and I only had a vague idea of what might be wrong. I quickly called an auto shop that was open on weekends to help me out before the workweek started, and I needed my car. Garrigans guided me through the entire process step by step. I was unprepared for this situation, and Garrigans was the only place that made things happen. If you ever have car troubles or even need routine maintenance like oil changes, I highly recommend them for their excellent work and service. Thanks again, Garrigans Auto!
