I went in and told them my problems and they gave me advice to fix it myself and couldn't help me, I went next door to make sure I didn't have the wrong place and they re assured me it was garcias, Going to a real full service auto place instead. Very weird

I brought my Volkswagen in and they did everything they could to help me but I was under factory warranty, so ended up going to the Volkswagen dealership in Vegas. Even though they couldn’t help me they were very informative and easy to work with.

I had my 2003 Chevy 3500 drop the idler pulley and it went through the fan and caused the fan blades to break and ended up going through the radiator on my trip from California to bullhead city. I called Garcia's auto and he got me in immediately, gave me a quote within hours and got my truck back like new the next day. Great service and great price. Do not go anywhere else.

I started with 5 stars, read on, I was just getting ready to take my Geo Tracker in for a new master cylinder and brake bleed, although this will be my first vehicle brought to Garcia's for repair, it's not my first time there, I have, over the many years I've managed buildings in the area, given rides to at least 4 different tenants to pick up their vehicles, all boasted about how awesome these guys are, and how fair they are with prices. **UPDATE**THEY WERE WRONG**, so after waiting over a week, Frankie tells me he found the part I needed for $192-$238, I bought one for $60, a master cylinder has two bolts, 2-3 lines, and four bleeders. bench bleed and install takes under 30 minutes, bleeding should take no more than that, Garcia's wanted $230 for this, I spoke to Ron's tire and he said no more than one hour at $90 for the same, Tire works quoted $60 for the same, no wonder no one has asked for a ride to Garcias for awhile now, it would have cost $468 plus tax there, I got it done for under $150 including the cylinder.

This is the best shop in town. Always honest and very knowledgable. Unfortunately there are multiple shops in town that are shady. This is not one of them. Always recommend to friends and family. 10/10

Very honest......what we thought would be an expensive repair turned out to be something minor. Frank could have charged for a full part, but shopped around for just the part needed. We live 4 hours away which can be stressful.

Took four hours to let me know where my car was leaking oil. Don't care what was going on at the shop . You communicate with the customer on what's happening with their car. Very unprofessional and I had to come back because they didn't put the engine cover back on after they where done. I tried them before and had a bad experience and tried again because of how close they're to where I live. Guess I learned my lesson. Be careful folks. You'll waste a day here if you don't check in.
