terrible customer service, Charged me 180 for tests!!! didn't fix anything, they are intimidating and liars! do not trust them with your car! they do not care for repeat customers, if they did they would be smart on how they do business !!

Offered very low quote for maintenance, so I chose to give them my business. After several hours of them having my vehicle, I received a call stating the steps needed to take to do the maintenance (no additional problems identified, just listing steps for the quoted job) and proceeded to nearly TRIPLE THE AGREED UPON QUOTE! I refused the "offer" and was told they close soon, come get your car. I immediately went to get my car and they had it blocked in their garage behind other vehicles they were working. I had to wait for it for over an hour after being rushed to arrive because they were "closing soon" to be able to get to my vehicle. Not only was my quote extremely inaccurate just to get my business in the door, but their timing and customer service was poor. My final note is that when I eventually got my car, the keys were covered in grease, the hood, driver door and floor was also left greasy. NOT the way to run a business guys... if you're going to take the time to give a quote, give the ugly truth and be honest up front about the cost. Don't waste people's time by lying just to trick someone into dropping their vehicle off so you can pressure them into a different price. You guys are have given small shop mechanic garages a bad name.

Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. I paid $4k to fix my engine, after about 8 months the engine breaks again and they didn't honor their 1 year warranty, they wanted me to pay another $4k to fix it. Not to mention they take 2 or 3 months doing repairs that can be done in 1 or 2 days and they don't take care if your car gets scratches or dents in there. I wonder how this place is still open for business.

Got a used transmission from this place they had my car for a month. One year later having to spend 1,200 dollars for more transmission work. Do not go here.

Just want to say thank you. I was in a bind, and you all came through for me, and it was even a holiday. Good clean work and great customer service nothing like those big name service companies that try to take all your money and time and even took the time to explain other problems with the car I must say thank you and I will be back

No lo recomiendo por las siguientes razones: Me vendió un carro segun con "garantía" al cual le fallaba la transmisión, después de mucho batallar para que se hiciera responsable cuando lo deje para que lo repararan me lo entrego con un golpe en la parte de atrás y no se quería hacer responsable. Nuevamente después de mucho batallar para que se hiciera responsable de arreglar el golpe me entregó el carro pero no quedo bien la transmisión y sigue sin quererse hacer responsable, apesar de que el te lo vende con "garantía" sigo batallando para que se haga responsable. No son honestos por que no cumplen con la garantía que ellos mismos te dan y con la que te venden sus "buenos vehículos". Espero que esto te sirva como referencia para que tomes una buena decisión sobre llevar arreglar tu carro o comprarle un vehículo, solo asegúrate de que lo que te ofrecen te lo cumplan al 100%.

They were paid to replace my brakes and brake fluid and they didn't replace my brake fluid. Then they argued with me when I called them out.

Was able to get help with my RV on a late Friday afternoon promptly and efficiently! I was so afraid that I was going to be stranded in Las Vegas for the weekend and have to wait until Monday or later to get help. These guys are fantastic and have reasonable prices! Definitely recommend them!!
