I called Mr. Galeano in the morning with an issue on my work van and he had me stop by within minutes and told me exactly what was wrong with it. Took care of the problem by the afternoon and had my van running like new for me to get to work the next morning. Was very informative about the problem and likes to educate you on the issues that you're having with your vehicle. I found my mechanic here in Jax.

After Coggin Nissan turned me down I found Mr. Galeano in a Google search, I called him on a Saturday afternoon, he asked me to drop by and he took care of the problem. He is very personable and his prices cannot be more honest. Thank you Mr. Galeano.

Lack of knowledge I called to ask for an estimate on a TBI base gasket replacement. The response was what is that. Why should a customer tell you what a gasket is? How are you certified to work on cars without knowing what a gasket is?

Mario is the most honest and expert mechanic there is in Jacksonville! No need to look anywhere else, you’ll definitely be a returning customer after your first visit/service at Galeano. It has been over a month ago but my van’s water pump went out and being from up north it had rusted on. Mario didn’t give up, but chiseled it off piece by piece. I was a long ways from home and he was so helpful. This is a family owned shop with the best quality.

We have brought our two vehicles to Galeano auto for the last few years. Mario always does an honest job. He has great experience, knows what he is doing, and he goes the extra mile to get the work done properly. We had gone to dealerships before, and gotten outrageous quotes for questionable work. I do not have that sense with Galeano auto. Always, if there is an issue, Mario offers to show you the issue and lays out all options in front of you. Highly recommended, we send all our friends to him.
