My vehicle had several electrical issues and Galceran Auto Electric with their experience and expert troubleshooting techniques was able to identify and resolve all the issues that were originally found. ((Update on my review)) I found a great mechanic in Doral, (Advanced Auto Diagnostics) and they found the real issue that my vehicle was having and showed me the evidence and it cost me 700 to fix. Galceran Auto completely lied about what they would fix on my vehicle and wanted to steel an extra 500 dollars on top of what the job actually cost. I repeat (AVOID THIS MECHANIC AT ALL COST) The boss at this mechanic shop is very unprofessional and dishonest. I spoke with him on the phone over a fix that I needed on my Jeep and he advised that the price for the fix should not go over 900 dollars and that it will be a two day job. When I took the car to the shop he put the car on the lift and agreed that the car needs the fix that we initially spoke about over the phone, BUT NOW the price changed, he said that it’ll cost me 950-1250 plus tax and that it will take 1 day for the job. He told me to expect to pay the 1250, I was able to negotiate down to 850-1050 which goes to show that he’s lying. When I agreed on 850-1050 I told him that if I end up paying 1050 he’ll need to show me the reason for the extra expenses. Then he straight up just said, “you know what forget it 1050 is the price and I wont go below that take it or leave it”. This mechanic will try charging you more than what the job cost actually is to pocket the extra money. (DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GUY)

I’m very satisfied with the work done, Juan was very nice and professional. My old car is running great, AC was fixed, he even showed me the part that was broken. The service was fast, and reasonably priced. I’m very happy with the whole outcome. Will be returning for all future services. 👍 thank you Juan.

I called, Galceran and was surprised that yamil said to bring the car in to check it, I didn’t have an appointment but he was kind enough to let me bring the car in. The problem is my air conditioner it’s blowing hot air. I left the car and in less than an hour he advised me of the problem. The car needs quite a bit of work, and unfortunately I’m retired and not able to pay for the repair.. But again, I was very pleased with the way things were handled. Again, I thank Yamil of Galceran auto electric for his kindness, and advising me of the problem..

I just brought in my car a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience. I took my car in for a diagnostic where my initial problem was fixed, but they did find a few more issues. The manager Ernesto was extremely honest with me and told me around how much longer my brakes and battery would last and that I could wait a few months for both but I decided to change them off of my own accord. When I first took the car in he told me he would give me a call around 12PM with an update and I received a call at 12 on the dot letting me know that they had fixed my initial problem and that the car was ready. Once I showed up I decided to replace both the brakes and the battery, they started working on it right away and the car was ready within the hour. The manager Ernesto had amazing customer service not only with me but with the other customers in the shop, he tells you everything he’s going to do before he does it and is very honest with you when it comes to what’s wrong. He made me feel really at home and like my car was in great hands. 100% would recommend to come by here if you’re having any problems with your car.

Stay away from this place. You will always find this place empty. Who comes to this place only comes once,90% do not return. If you come with one problem you leave with three unsolved. In addition to not having knowledge or experience in what they do, they are not professional or responsible

La peor de las experiencias. NO LLEVEN SU CARRO NUNCA. Fui con un problema de aire acondicionado. Me dijeron q tenían q hacer primero una inspección para diagnosticar q problemas tenía. Deje el carro de un día para otro y me llamaron para decirme que había q cambiar el termostato de temperatura del motor para supuestamente seguir a arreglar el aire. Según ellos no continuanban con el trabajo sin cambiar esa pieza q resulta ser q ya yo la había cambiado hace 2 días antes de surgir el problema del aire. Si accedía a cambiar la pieza y supuestamente arreglar el aire con mano de obra incluida me estaban cargando $525. Son unos estafadores. Al final me fui pagando $154 dólares sin nada resuelto. Solo una inspección. Fui a otro taller y en solo 15 min se resolvió mi problema de aire y pagando $35.
