Terrible experience with trying to get a hold of my “dispatched” driver. Never picked up the phone or showed up, had to cancel after waiting for two hours past the confirmed time of arrival.

I've been going to Galaxy Automotive for the past 8 years and highly recommend them. I first chose Galaxy because of their partnership with AAA and the discount offered. Over time, they have consistently exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I often worry about being taken advantage of at a mechanic, but I’ve never experienced that here. Whether it’s fixing tires, oil changes, or engine issues, Galaxy has always been honest, transparent, and reliable. Now that I'm older and have married into a mechanic family (who lives in another state), I have a unique perspective on what a mechanic should be, and Galaxy far exceeds my expectations. They are affordable, trustworthy, and dependable. I highly recommend.

Don’t appreciate the rude tow driver that towed our daughters car after being broken into, he was rude, sarcastic, and very unprofessional! Would not recommend!

Hopefully never have to use this company again. On 6/28 a driver came to pick up my car at my apartment complex and laughed at the damage of my car- it was broken into and my ignition was ruined. He then proceeded to stick a screwdriver in my ignition to start it and suggested I drive it to the shop to be fixed. He was very condescending and sarcastic with me. Also was wearing basketball shorts.

I thought I already did a review for this spot. Wow. What an experience. Thank God for AAA's referral.. which I ignored twice and got burnt by two different dealerships both a Chevy dealer. Galaxy was half the price only they actually fixed the problem. I also brought my 2005 Mazda and my 2020 Challenger. I got all vehicles back in a timely manner and have not had any problems since. Thanks guys

Had to get a 0.2 mile tow from this company today. It took over 3 hours to get them to where I was (according to the map, they are located less than 15 minutes from where my car broke down) and after the second time I called asking for an eta (they were already 30 minutes after their hour and a half pickup time at this point) They started blocking my calls & sending me straight to voicemail. And I had to go through my insurance to get any responses at all from them. I am actually still waiting for a tow as I write this review. Just insane. So insane it prompted me to write my first Google review ever without a promotion incentive. Thats how bad I want you to know not to trust this service.

Used this towing service following an accident. They took it to the storage facility, but since then they won't answer phone calls, our insurance has reached out to them, and yet no one will answer. I don't know if they just hold on to cars longer than needed in order to extort money from their customer, but it is a really poor business practice to shaft your paying customers, and hold your car hostage with radio silence.

Excellent service, I got an honest assessment of my car, even though that meant less work for the shop. The work I did receive, both more affordable and finished faster than I could have expected. So yeah, if you like honest, fast, friendly, dependable service look no further.

They did not even look at the problems I mentioned. I told them to look at my parking break and they told me its old could be spare tire making the noise, like I don't know my vehicle. After 8 days they told me my car was too old, though they have done work on it before. They told me there are no parts for the window, but a tow truck driver and myself found a whole page of them first search. I had to remind them to update me, when I did they said what were the problems? They instantly called me back and said they couldn't find it and it's too old which was Clear Bull.

I can recommend these guys. Been using them for over five years. I fancy myself an old car guy, and drive 10 year old cars. I have plenty of repairs, but they are always quick to repair that for which I bring it in, and occasionally will look at other items to offer additional services, but never push those on me.

I was in a car accident and insurance wouldn't cover the damages, but Michael from Galaxy Auto really made it all better. Because I'm young and a woman I was worried I'd get overcharged, but Michael treated me and my car with utmost respect. He was very communicative and explained all the work, listened well and did the exact repairs I needed to get my car on the road, nothing more. He even pinned my bumper back as an added bonus. The work was done quickly, and he even got my car inspected to get it ready for Texas registration! I am absolutely ecstatic at the service I received and would 11/10 recommend this place. I was lucky to have AAA recommend Galaxy Automotive when the technician determined my battery was fine, but something else was causing the starting issue. Galaxy found the issue quickly, explained it thoroughly, and fixed it professionally at a very fair price. I recently had an A/C issue and being so impressed with the last experience, decided to go to Galaxy instead of the dealer. Again, what a great experience with the same professionalism, and value. It's obvious that the team cares about their work. Danny is amazing and I'll be a customer for a long time. I'm so glad to have found Galaxy Automotive.
