Will not return here if I need work done to any vehicle again. When I was told my truck was ready to be picked up, here are the things that were not completed when I arrived. - paint was not polished and the staff then proceeded to finish polishing in front of me while I waited - plastic pieces dangling off of vehicle that should have been glued and secured. - wheel well plastic not attached appropriately so my tire now rubs when I turn hard. I have inspected it and they did not replace a bolt underneath the front bumper - debris from my collision left in the bed of my truck - front bumper was not clipped in as it later worked its way out and was slanted. I was able to clip it in appropriately myself. Wasn’t that difficult but should’ve been done by the shop. The overall process felt rushed since I was renting their loaner vehicle from them while they did work and they needed it back for another customer.

I had a great experience with G town. Long story short, I was hit by another vehicle and another body shop up the street couldnt get me in until Jan 13th. G-Town was able to get me in the very next Monday and finish my vehicle within 1 week.. This was during Christmas time! They did an amazing JOB!! Thank you 😊

I took my 2021 equinox to G Town Auto Body LLC to repair several damages caused by me to the back door passenger side along with panels ripped off in the same area and some damage to the fender in that area. After talking with Adrian of G Town he said he felt he could get the repair job done no longer than 10 days. During the 10 days he made several calls to me as well as the insurance company to get us on the road again. In fact he was done within 8 days and the repair was very thorough. I strongly recommend Adrian for getting to work on the car quickly like he said and having such a great work crew who obviously know their business!

The work they do is unbelievable. We have a new Porsche that was scraped down the side and the car looks better then when we bought it. Great customer service. Very friendly and trustworthy. They showed us everything that needed to be done and kept us updated. Cannot recommend them more highly.

G Town Auto did a great job with the outcome of our 2011 Ford. Our "Margo" looks just as she did when brought. However, we did feel we had to keep calling for updates. Granted, it took the 2 weeks Adrian suggested. Which is why him and his team still deserve 5 ⭐

The young man that owns the shop was polite and hardworking. Listened to what I was interested in and provided suggestions and guidance. Adrian and his crew did a very good job of repairing my teen’s car. He was very professional, respectful, and prompt with the repairs. He is very young but has very old fashion customer service skills! He kept me updated throughout the whole process, explained exactly what he was doing and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend if you want a quality, fair priced auto repair.

Adrian and his team at G Town are nothing short of exceptional! We had a little fender bender with our new F150 and were devastated. Adrian and his team got it returned to us in a little over a week looking brand new and the pricing was extremely fair. We noticed the bumper was flared out a little more than we wanted it after we picked it up and Adrian took it back in at no extra charge and was able to get it the way we wanted it the next day! It looks just as good as the day we drove it off the lot. Couldn’t recommend G Town any more for whatever your auto needs are.
