I cannot put less than one star for that company. I am a professional mechanic. Was certified for state inspection on cars, trucks, busses and motorcycles. I just gave up my license because it requires to be renewed every 3 years. I was doing inspection in 6 years, and I did not like to deal with that. Many cars are OK and I'm an ethical man. I did not like to cheat and steal money from my customers. This is my experience with the G&R Auto service. David used to be a reasonable mechanic in my neighborhood, and I liked to pay him to do some job for me. Last year: 1. They had to replace shocks on my car. They called me. The job is done. Gave me the key which I could not recognize. "That key was not my key." I said to David. David said "yes, it is." Key did not fit in my van at all. After some searching David found out that his son installed my parts on another van. They told me to come tomorrow, and they will swap parts and install them on my van. This month: 2. Before sending my cars for state inspection, I did buffer and cleaned up head lights myself. David keeps rejecting because he said that my head lights were dull. He wants to clean them up again and charge me for that. OK. No big deal. 3. He said the tread is low on my front tires. Rejected for inspection. He wants to make some money, OK. No big deal. I told David to replace them and put removed tires in my car because "I'd like to make some flower's pots of them." (Just to check tread myself). The tread was 4/32 which is approvable for state inspection. He replaced good tires and charged me a lot. Long story short. That company is not ethical at all. David used to be a good man. But recently he changed. I will never go over there again and will not recommend them to anybody.

My car broke down Thursday night and I needed a fix fast. Tow truck driver recommended a local shop and I gave them a chance. My car was fixed next day for a small fee. Beyond impressed with their speed and honesty. Highly recommend

TALK TO CUSTOMERS HORRIBLY. My real rating is zero. I went to get an oil change and a state inspection -based off of the reviews. However, I was shocked how horrible the owner (older technician), interacted with me. I walked in the shop and said good morning- he yelled at me and said, “don’t you see me talking to some one!!!!”. I said, I’m sorry I was just speaking. “ What do you think you’re gonna get in front of this customer??” It was so bizarre. I told him I had an 8 o’clock appointment, cancel it and to have a good day.
