Last week, I took my Nissan sedan to this center on the recommendation of a friend who has been a long-time customer. My car had an issue where it made a noise as soon as it started moving, and another shop had told me that the problem was with the axle. I brought the car to this center early in the morning, and Mr. Gene carefully inspected it. To my surprise, he quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a minor problem with the wheel. He fixed it right away. At my request, they also checked the rear suspension system and assured me that everything was fine. They even adjusted the tire pressure for me. They did not charge me anything for their time and service. Even though I pointed out that they had spent time on my car, they still refused to accept any payment. Mr. Gene, you are truly a skilled, honest, and genuine gentleman. I sincerely thank you and your highly professional and customer-focused team. I am so happy to have found your repair center, and knowing you are there gives me peace of mind.

This is the best mechanic shop in Philadelphia. Gene has the most experienced and professional mechanics. They always work fast and do their job very well. Gene and Yan are very kind and polite. These guys never do extra charge. They will never do wrong and unnecessary work. They have the most reasonable prices. The shop is always clean and comfortable. While the mechanics are working, you can drink coffee or tea for free. Gene and Jan created a great company!

G&I Automotive is a hidden gem! If your mechanic is charging some high prices or doing some subpar work please visit this place! These gentleman & lady offer amazing service for all kinds of vehicles INCLUDING foreign luxury cars! Gene easily diagnoses - repairs & Completes work on time everytime! I recommend you stop in and have your car serviced here as you will in great hands with them! I can not recommend this place enough and if 10 stars were an option I’d leave a 10 star review! PUBLIC SAFTEY ANNOUNCEMENT !!!! I am at a loss. I got my car inspected here recently and needed tires and brakes. They failed to put my wheel lock and 3 out of 5 lug nuts back on one of my tires. I was driving my car unknowingly with this MAJOR SAFTEY HAZZARD. I have 3 children I drive around in this car!! I noticed a thumping , clunking noise early this morning on my way to work. I did not initially think it could be my tire literally falling off!! TO my surprise sure enough my lug nuts including my wheel lock where not on my tire and my tire was detaching from my car!! When I contacted the shop they would rather deny any responsibility nor address the issue. I will never trust this shop nor another without my own inspection from now on. This is unethical and totally unsafe practice.

Hit up this service and saved thousands! While the dealer’s service center wanted to charge me seven grand for the repair. These guys are legit and super honest. It's rare to find folks like this nowadays. Totally recommend!

So I had a roadtrip had to leave at 5 in the morning but I got a flat tire and waited till they opened so I can fix it and get on my way,these guys took me at 8am without an appointment and took me before other customers, fixed my tire in 10 minutes and I got on my way they charged me only 15$ for a very good quality fix!!!!!!!! Amazing prices ! I am really thankful to Gene and the crew for saving my butt! And so far been a week everything is working great !!! I really appreciate you guys thank you so much you are the best!!!
