Great service for a factory recall. They had an appoint available soon after I called and got the work done fast. Appreciate the text messages to remind me of my appointment.

Imagine you're six hundred miles from home. On vacation. Your car breaks down. On Easter. With a dog. The towing company brought us here the next day and I can't state strongly enough how great the experience was because of the folks at Fulton Ford! Caleb and everyone else went out of their way to not only get us back on the road but make us feel a little better about our situation. They fixed the problem without hassles. Didn't try to upsell us into service we didn't need, and handled everything with courtesy and professionalism. Celeste, Ollie and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts! If you folks ever find yourselves in Spooner, WI, the Spotted Cow's on me.

Breakdowns are never a pleasant thing, but if you have to breakdown somewhere, a 1/2 mile from Fulton Ford is about the best place you could choose. The electrical system in my 2004 F-350 died while I was just 1/2 hour into a trip to Kansas City. The slow electrical failure was a classic sign of a bad alternator, but some of the forum discussion suggested corrosion in a relay panel might also be the problem, and that's a quicker and much cheaper fix. My battery was 3+ years old and I knew that it also needed replaced. My tow truck driver from Tom and Steve's was great, he first took me to an auto parts store where I could buy a good battery at a decent price and then towed me on to Fulton Ford where Caleb the service writer was super helpful. They checked out the relay panel and the alternator and sadly for me the alternator tested bad. The part was not on hand so my repair took a long time waiting for the part to arrive (and it wasn't cheap), but they got it done and done right and Caleb the service tech was forthright, helpful and as pleasant to work with as anyone could every hope for. This will never be the cheapest place to fix your Ford, but they will do it right and Caleb won't steer you wrong.

Fulton Ford helped my sons school out, and they were very nice. If I was in the market for a new car I would try them out.
