Today, I brought in my car for the 30,000 mile recommended service, as well as new tires. I can say that I'm highly satisfied with this auto shop's thoroughness and quality of work. Without having to be prompted, they thoroughly explained the cost breakdown, and explained the services done to the car, as well as what they didn't do and why. Overall, I would recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, quality car services.

FTS is the only place i found that would work on my CJ5. They did a beautiful job replacing the entire brake system. I recommend them without reservation.

I found FTS, Joe, and the gang through a client of my wife’s about 6-7 years ago. I started with a simple tune-up, and they did a great job. Next, I asked for a tire quote, and they beat many other sources by far! What I really appreciate about them is their honesty. My Lexus dealer kept telling me I needed a complete brake job costing $800+. Joe examined the car and asked if I had any braking issues. When I said no, he said “E-men, listen. The disks are a little warped and make occasional noise, but they are fine. You can drive the car until it’s really time for a brake job, or I can replace them now. The cost is …. Your call. There is nothing wrong and the car is safe.” That was over a year ago, may be two! It’s time to go back and check them, again. Thanks, Joe 🙏🚙🙏!

I have taken my car to FTS with Joe and Nick for several years, they are definitely my "Go To" auto repair shop. I love cars, however, I only know how to check fluid levels and my tires. It's important for me to have a company that I trust completely. Unless your repair is under warranty and you need to go to the dealer save yourself money by having FTS give you a quote. You may be shocked at the difference in price while still getting quality parts and services. They are everything you want in a quality mechanic's shop and more! I highly recommend them.

I've taken my cars to many auto shops over the years, but Joe and his team at FTS are the best I've ever dealt with. The work is always explained, done expertly, and priced very fairly. In addition to scheduled maintenance and repairs, Joe also offers tires and tire mounting. FTS is a one-stop-shop and I highly recommend them!

I'm the kind of person that will get every last mile out of his car before moving onto a new one and FTS auto is my go to shop to keep my car running smoothly with oil changes, new tires, and any other repairs that come up. FTS Auto My Dad always told me, if you don’t know your car know your mechanic. I have been a customer of FTS Auto for over 12 years. Joe and Nick Dimaio know how to take care of their customers. I took my Honda in for its 100k mile tune up and after running the diagnostics, found nothing wrong with the car. One of the technicians even drove it to make sure. As a woman who is clueless about what’s happening under the hood of my car, any other auto shop could have taken advantage of me and charged me for things I didn’t need. I am so thankful to FTS Auto for being so trustworthy and full of integrity. I highly recommend them!

FTS is the best shop in town. For my regular daily drivers, to my more exotic toys. FTS always makes sure I'm taken care of, great work @ a fair price. Family owned & operated, It's a good feeling to trust your mechanic & no they aren't trying to just up sell you things you don't need. several places gave us the run around on what was wrong with my car, and i was so nervous taking it to a shop that could possibly try and nickel and dime me but the price was super reasonable and they didn’t give up looking for the issue, once the issue was found the car was as good as new! communication was also great! i read heavy into reviews before going to a place especially when it comes to something that is expensive and i’m so glad i found this place!

Check engine light was on. Had to bring my car back a second time. $1,500 dollars and 1.5 weeks with no car. Second time showed up and was told multiple parts were ordered and replaced without prior notice. Service light is still on. Took it to the dealership and it was fixed in two days. Father and son were kind throughout the process but I certainly feel like I was taken advantage of. Probably should get my money back but it's not worth the headache which I'm sure is part of the process.
