I texted him at 8:30 PM last night about an urgent issue with my car, and he showed up early this morning in the freezing cold - 11 degrees. Despite the harsh weather, he worked quickly and efficiently to fix my car, and his quote was incredibly affordable. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. My daughter was 275 miles and 4 hours away with a misfiring engine and full stop CEL. Matt communicated great and diagnosed a blown head gasket. Pricing was very fair, especially for a Sunday call and pulling a sparkplug to verify. Highly recommend.

My car needed a new alternator so I purchased one and started looking for a mobile mechanic and FT Mobile Mechanic popped up with 4.7 ratings all positive so I called the number on Sunday and left a message. I immediately received a text and Matt could have replaced it for me on Sunday but my schedule conflicted. We settled on today Monday 11/4 he came out replaced the alternator and checked the rest of my car out and made sure it was working before he left. I will definitely be calling him for any other work I might need. Very professional and pleasant to work with and super fast! Call him!

I'm not from Indiana and was only in Indianapolis for a few days, visiting family, when my engine started overheating. Matt responded within the hour and diagnosed the problem after only taking a short look at the car, then got the job (replacing the thermostat) done quickly at a follow-up appointment. Helped make my drive back home feel much safer. Loads of appreciation from Wisconsin!

Did a WONDERFUL job, and saved me a lot of money! I genuinely enjoyed Matt's input, company, and his hard work. He came out, diagnosed and was upfront about everything that was wrong with my new car (which he did at no extra cost)! He was upfront about the prices, gave me a discount, and bought the parts he needed and had be in good shape even after the sun went down and it only took him two hours! He was orderly, timely, and communicative and did everything in my driveway. He told me what I didn't need to worry about and what things I should get fixed next without even trying to sell me anything! My Cx-5 sounds so good right now, and I took it on a test drive right after he left and the breaks sound so much better and there is no crunchy sound anymore! I will be going with him as long as I can in the future! I am a very satisfied customer!

Highly, highly recommend. I had 2 other “mobile mechanic” companies come to our home to do fairly involved golf cart repairs, and neither one was actually able to do the job despite saying they could over the phone. When I called FT, they informed me that they primarily work on cars and trucks (not golf carts), but that they would come out and take a look. Showed up on time, examined the issues, and took about an hour and a half to complete the work perfectly, and the price was very reasonable!!

Called for a possible wheel bearing, Matt did a diagnostic for us and said that wasn’t the issue, turns out it was a much more expensive fix but he was honest and up front about it instead of just charging to fix what we thought was the issue! Very professional and timely, will use him again in the future.

Matt has help us twice; once with a shot serpentine belt on a 2008 Honda CRV, and today with replacing a intake manifold in a 2005 Ford Explorer. Matt is super friendly, and always goes above to clean and check other parts of the vehicle as he’s working. Even with a repair like the intake manifold, it only took about 3 hours and he was done. Matt is definitely the kind of person that leaves something better than how he found it, and I’m happy to continue business with him for our vehicles.

So rushed into changing my thermostat and ended up doing more damage then anything. Matt is amazing in my opinion his communication is some of the best I have ever experienced with a small local business owner. His timing and punctuality was prompt and very easy to work with and around. Matt made sure that I understood everything that he did and to watch and check for after the job was done. It was all done in my driveway. Just wanted to say thanks again Matt!
