Great people, they truly care about helping you. I got my brakes fixed and an oil change at a good price, but have had a problem with the hatch on my trunk for months. Bruce fixed the hatch for free, which made my day. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely continue doing business with them!

F&S Auto was extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. Bruce really impressed me with his gentle-natured professionalism and aptitude of diligence in his skillset. Bruce has saved me, my husband, and son countless times. He’s honest, fair, and knows your vehicle. I was nervous when Marty, the previous owner, left but I couldn’t be happier. Not only does Bruce do great job in a timely manner but he's fair and honest. In the automotive industry this is a rare quality that he possessess. In the Sarasota area I'm not sure there's a better fabricator of metals and plastics than Bruce. I appreciate all the work that he's done on my cars and I will go back to him for just about anything.

I don't usually post about these kinds of things but this business is awful. They are so rude. The customer service here is terrible. The lady cussed at me and said the F word when I called. They mistreat their customers and need to do better as a business. If I were you, I would find somewhere else to get service. They are awful. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

Went their for an a/c issue and was quoted for a new compressor, i did some investigation on my own as im a mechanic and found out that the only issue was a 20$ relay not a 300$ compressor and 600$ in labor they are not thought enough. I do not recommend

All I can say is WOW. I would recommend F & S to anybody. Bruce really cares about his customers and explains everything so you understand what's going on with your vehicle and then does a GREAT job fixing your issue. I was told my f150 needs a whole new engine by another shop.. I took it to Bruce, he diagnosed it and fixed it for a great price and even had it back to me the next day!! Use F & S and Bruce will treat you right!

I took my wife’s car to F & S Complete Auto Repair where we were greeted by Bruce. She had been in an accident and Bruce’s quote was the best by far. We were extremely happy with the repairs done and even had it serviced while there. We would highly recommend!

After having a headlight bulb replaced on my Saturn SUV ( a real pain in the neck to do yourself! ) I needed to have my exhaust system checked out because it became quite loud about 2 weeks later,went to a muffler shop and was told it was the catalytic converter with a quote of $1200.00.Not knowing Bruce did exhaust work I went by his shop and to make a longer story short he found that the car did NOT need a converter just some exhaust pipe replacement and welding! Bruce had me up and running in no time for less than a 1/3 of the the original muffler shop quote! I found Bruce to be HONEST, TRUST WORTHY and FAIR. (Unfortunately a rarity these days) Sure is nice feeling to know there are still some people around like him!

Bruce and his team deserve the world. The amount of passion and attention to detail is something you will never find at a dealership. The prices are beyond honest and fair. Bruce works so hard to make sure people leave his shop with a big smile and their car fixed! Incredibly accommodating and friendly business. They genuinely care about their customers, which I appreciated immensely. When the dealership said I needed to get my control arm changed out, I decided to have Bruce at F&S take a look. He took his time to educate me on it and that it doesn’t have any issues and doesn’t need to be changed. Truly appreciate the honesty, transparency and care. Will be back and highly recommend.
