Every business is bound to get an angry customer and give a bad review.... Trust me, I know as a business owner myself. HOWEVER, I do not see how this shop got any bad reviews. Our 2005 F350 got dropped off with a salvage yard engine we purchased and they installed it for us no problem. I’m a trained mechanic myself and everything they recommended we do to the engine before installing it was HONEST. Very pleased with the service and work. Repeat customer for sure.

I've been using this shop for over 6 yrs now and fully trust them. Then I moved to Castle Rock and still drive down to see them for any of truck problems ( passing 40 shops to get back down here ) . Pete runs a great shop and has my trust !

So far those guys have gone above and beyond, take your vehicle in for repairs and when you leave, if there's anything else that needs to be taken care of you will get a small to-do list, no pressure sales to get it done right away. Will take all my business there from now on.

I highly do NOT recommend this place. My husband took his car in on a Thursday and was told it would be $750.00. We didn't hear anything during the week our truck was there and finally on Wednesday almost a week later my husband called and was told it would be worked on and completed the next day, No comment on it costing more or anything. Thursday (1week later) we're told we can come pick it up and now it is costing us $1,100.00. We go in to pick up our truck and see why the big price jump and told the pump usually cost $500 but was $600 this time. So I go to ask shouldn't it only cost us $850.00 then. At that point Pete throws a huge tantrum and just automatically goes off saying he is not going to argue with us (which we weren't arguing we were simply asking so we understood) and he would just take the pump out if we didn't want to pay but he was not arguing about it. He continued to say it so we just told Pete we couldn't pay the entire amount today since we didn't budget for the difference. We paid $900.00 and have to go back and pay $200.00 more. We just wanted to get out of there after seeing his tantrum. We Do not recommend this place due to them not being communicative with their clients and letting us know the price would be higher then quoted before moving forward like all other auto centers relay as well as the customer service is just horrible. To yell at your customers when they are just trying to ask why the difference and freak out is ridiculous and something you would not expect a 55+ year old man to do. We understand covid causing price increase but this is something you should explain after you send a quote and let your customers know that it will cost more so we can decide to move forward or not as we also need to be able to afford the service your providing and if we know we can't can go somewhere else. If it wasn't for it being late and my husband's truck breaking down close to this place we would of gone somewhere else from the beginning! Do not go to them, search around as there are more friendly places here in the Springs that are affordable, great customer service, and will communicate with you on price increase!

Pete was awesome, I took my Lexus GS350 there to get the brakes replaced, and he was able to get to work on my car and even ordered the OEM parts to ensure that I would have no problems. Recommended to me by a co-worker, this business had great customer services, professional quality and responsiveness. -Lee
