We had an extremely unprofessional experience with this company. After calling for service due to a dead battery, we were quoted $50 for a used battery and $50 for installation/labor, which we agreed to. We were told they would arrive within an hour, but after waiting over an hour in the cold rain, we reached out for an ETA. Instead of an update, we received a text saying the price had suddenly increased from $50 to $85 for the battery, asking if we agreed to pay the new amount. This kind of last-minute price change is completely unacceptable, especially after giving us a firm quote. To make matters worse, after we called to address the issue, they texted us back saying they were no longer coming at all! We wasted over an hour waiting in bad weather, only to be left stranded. This was an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating experience. Beware if you're considering using this company, as they are unreliable and do not honor their quoted prices. update response : You didn’t say what the reason was for price increases “because it’s raining or weather related. But you knew it was raining before you gave a quote!” Still an unprofessional company.

David with Frisco Batteries- Mobile Mechanic replaced my battery today at my house. I called this morning and David came out within 45 mins and replacement battery and disposed of my old battery. I highly recommend David.

Called on a Sunday morning at 8 am, he let me know he could come to the house and replace the battery at 10am. He arrived on time and quickly replaced the battery. Highly recommend!

sorry for this very late review...I just wanted to give it a few months to give a proper review by keeping an eye on the battery for some time before i said anything.I got my car battery replaced in late october on my 2018 Maserati ghibli...excellent price ,he was there on time,very kind and respectful,and also very quick.The whole process since he arrived and of the battery installation all took less than 20 minutes.I was impressed since maserati's are difficult cars to get any type of work done but he did it with such ease.Also he installs brand new batteries.Just last month I hadn't driven my car for about 10-11 days and when i came back it still started up very strong,no problem.Amazing job and he's got to be one of the best battery roadside services in the dallas area.
