Very Bad Experience will never go there again. It was an emergency and that was the closest place I could get to. They charged me 120$ for a used 22” inch tire. I Highly Recommend you go to Horace Tires. 40$ for the same used tire.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT COME!! If I can give no star, I wish I could. I do NOT recommend anyone to get anything checked or fixed at this place. They would make it worse than it is already is. I was being so called helped by a guy name ZAP, he was ok at the beginning. After a week I call to ask for an update on my car to see if it's ready since I haven't received not even a call from them. They don't pick up any calls what so ever. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone making it no choice but to find a way and spend more money to go to the location. All I wanted to know what how is my car and nothing, impossible question to answer for them. . Once I finally got a hold of Zap, he got annoyed of me calling once in awhile for my car. Telling me it will be ready tomorrow, once I get there IT'S NOT READY. I went to the location at least 10 times in the last 2-3 weeks because I was told by him it would be Ready, and every time, he would say to me "I'll call you once it's done". Call who? call CASPER the ghost. I did not receive not a single call from the location or the guy who was handling my car ZAP. What type of customer service was this guy taught and where? I would highly either refrain from going this guy and the shop. Again I repeat, don't waste your time and your money on these people, this company because they will not actually do anything and take your money. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST OVER AT THIS PLACE.

The told me I had a problem with my tire rods and tried to convince me to get them fixed. I went to other shops and they said nothing is wrong with my tire rods.

I brought my car to these guys a month ago and they still have my truck. I can’t seem to get anyone on the line to answer the phone to get my truck. I don’t have any transportation and they’re rude unsure of their own business. The business phone is disconnected. There’s no way to reach him if anyone reads this, don’t go to these people they don’t know what they’re doing. They’re very unprofessional and lazy. I wish I could do more to block people from going. I went in for Transmission and they still haven’t fixed it. I don’t understand or know when I’m going to get my truck please someone help me.

NUNCA VAYAN A ESTE SITIO! ESTAFADORES!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! SCAMMERS!! La peor escoria de personas y de servicio, nos vendieron unas llantas usadas completamente lisas y los muy descarados le hicieron ralladuras manuales para que parezcan nuevas, aparte no eran de la misma medida, pedí mi dinero no me quisieron reembolsar, me hicieron perder 2 días esperando por un supuesto reemplazo y nunca hicieron nada, no vayan a este lugar JAMAAAS! The worst scum of people and service, they sold us some used tires completely smooth and the very cheeky ones made manual scratches to make them look new, apart from they were not of the same size, I asked for my money they didn't want to reimburse me, they made me waste 2 days waiting for a supposed replacement and they never did anything, don't go to this place NEVEEEER!!!

The worst place to ever get a tire done. I went there to get a plug. They didn't even take the tire out. And they were rude. Charged me 40$ for a plug and didn't even had card system, when in other places they charge $15 Mal hecho. Super mala atención, todo sucio parecia un botadero

This was the best place to go for getting your tires fixed . I was running out of time to fix my tire and as soon as I passed by the street I saw friendly tires repair and I went in and they were very friendly and helped me out very fast and definitely reliable and amazing prices . You definitely have to stop by this place .. it will save you all the headaches from going to a dealership. Here at friendly prepairs is the best place to be in.

Crooks. I came in for a new battery and oil change. My car has been making weird noises ever since. Today the steering wheel locked up. Probably leaking steering fluid. How did that happen? It's been working fine before I brought it in and the weird noises started. These guys aren't answering the phone now. Doubt I'll get a refund.

When I came to do the tires instalation the price was 50$ for 2 tires,but in the end the price was 60$. They didn't do the tire balancing at all during the installation. This place is the monkeys bisnes
