This business is the best and friendliest auto repair place in Greensboro. Every time I have a problem with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee they know exactly what to do and they have the mechanics and parts to do it. I recommend them very highly!!

I brought my car here with an intermittent electrical issue, which can be very time consuming and frustrating for a mechanic to fix. Steve was fantastic to work with and more than fair to me. He had to refer me out to a shop with specialty computer capabilities, but I will definitely be back for anything else I may need. I have just enough experience in auto repair to know honesty and diligence when I see it in a shop. I would recommend Friendly Tire to anyone.

Came here when I discover I had a flat tire and it was the first place I found on the road. So glad that I did! The Clerk was helpful, prompt and polite. The technician was great. They communicated well and were very helpful and got me out of a pinch.

Wonderful group of people! Always willing to go the extra mile to help! My company uses them quite often. So I got a flat tire today and called them to let them know I was being towed to the shop. Well they didn’t have my tire in stock so they drove and got me one. Soon as I got there they pulled my van to the back and had me in and out within 30 mins. Very much appreciated!

So many great experiences here, once I bought new front tires, I got several missed calls from management trying to see if I was missing center caps. I wasn’t missing them but was very impressed with their attention to detail in trying to track down the owner’s car accessories, another time I came in with no appointment needing an inspection. I could tell with the amount of cars ahead of me they were super busy but immediately got me taken care. I don’t know where you get your car serviced at, but if it’s not here you don’t know what true service is. Don’t take my word for it, try them out I promise you will be a long time loyal customer forever. Customer service is top tier here.

Friendly is the right name for this business. They delivered on everything they promised and all was on time. I took my car in and went across the street and enjoyed lunch in Quaker Village. Nice little bonus there.

Steve and Denise are fantastic. Always prompt and friendly service with reliable/reasonable pricing. They do much more than just tires/brakes and have done a variety of mechanical work on 6+ of my vehicles from a 1986 Camaro to 2013 Jeep.

My low tire pressure light came on just as I was driving out of town. A block later I saw Friendly Ave Tire coming up. In just a few minutes they found the low tire caused by the recent cold weather and had me on my way. Grateful for their quick fix.
