Everyone is friendly and professional. Attentive to customer's needs. While I was there, a customer came in and the counter staff addressed by her name, indicating to me she was a regular. That told me the customer trusted the business. That, along with my brother in-law's recommendation gave me ease of mind that it is a reputable business. Additionally, I was quoted $340 for the work, turned out to be $290. That speaks to their integrity. I'm very happy with the service and will be bringing all.my vehicles there.

I have taken my three cars to Friendly Auto foe the last three years and their service and maintenance work is outstanding. Yet another example occurred when a gasket they had installed several years ago proved faulty. They replaced the part for me with no charge for the part or for the labor. Wish I had known about them sooner. The word "Friendly"' in their title is well deserved!

My car dashboard alerted me to an issue regarding my transmission. I was able to get info from Friendly Auto as to what would need to be done, a price and time frame. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My car runs better now (whew!). A review of areas needing car care was done with me after this current situation. However, there was no pressure placed on me to get the car services done at this time (those are for a future date). I highly recommend this company, it’s staff and mechanics. More locations would be great 👍.

It's not their fault that a $900 alternator failed on a Kia with only 45K miles so I was angry about the whole process because of the manufacturer. The folks at Friendly couldn't have been better. It had to be towed there (electric steering doesn't play well with a depleted battery and no alternator!) so they rolled it in as soon as it arrived, called me with the estimate that day and had it back to me the next afternoon. Labor charge was very reasonable and the parts cost was so high because went with OEM new since neither Friendly or I think much of the remanufactured products on the market. The one shop in Tucson that used to rebuild alternators can't be reached any longer because that would have been a much cheaper option but in today's world, repairing has been pushed aside by replacing - again, not Friendly's fault as they had used the rebuild shop in the past and also had good luck with them. They will become my go to shop for maintenance and repairs on my one car out of warranty. My other continues to the dealer to make sure I preserve a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty from the factory.

As a former shop owner myself and relocated to the area years ago I was looking for a honest place to take my vehicles that I can't physically work on myself anymore. Friendly Automotive Service and Repair was just that place, honest, Christian, & won't ever suggest anything that your vehicle doesn't need.

The staff is excellent as always. Came in for a filter change on cabin and air filter, spark, plug tuneup serpentine belt, and battery cleaning. Work was done to a high standard of excellence. Very time efficient easy drop off the night before and pick up the next morning. I wouldn’t trust the safety and care of my pack to anybody else except Friendly Automotive service and repair. I will be back for the next interval change.

We brought our 2006 Chrysler 300C into Friendly Automotive after going to a Chrysler Dealer in Santa Rosa, California, because it heated up and the A/C quit running. We were told we needed a $2000.00 A/C repair, That would take over a week to get the part, and that there was a loose clamp around the upper radiator hose, which they tightened and cost us $380.00 for diagnosing. We declined the A/C repair. After a couple days and heading back to Arizona, the car got hot again, but only when it idled and in traffic, we were lucky to avoid the traffic and drove straight home on the freeway, it was fine, and the A/C was also fine. After taking it into Friendly Automotive They discovered the clamp was loose around the lower radiator hose, and found nothing wrong with the A/C. Cost for diagnosing $79.99. No Charge for tightening the loose clamp. They are very knowledgeable, honest and reasonable., We had them fix another problem we had put up with for more than a year, also at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Friendly Automotive for Any automotive problem and maintenance. They will certainly be our go to for our Automotive needs.

I unfortunately learned my lesson the hard way! For now on, if my car needs repairs, this is where I’m bringing it. From the start, they diagnosed it and gave me a full report. Very impressive because they used a scope to get into the internal parts of the engine and took pics of the problem and gave me their recommendations. I ended up having to replace my engine and they were able to find me a used engine and installed it within a few days! They are absolutely amazing and saved my Toyota Prius! Where no one else except the dealership would do the work, they were able to replace my engine and I’m so grateful to them! Got my car back and runs perfect!😍 Thank you!🙏
