This business advertises that it is Female friendly. It is. Although I sent a man ahead to talk to the folks at Friendly, pave the way so to speak, I was greeted in a respectful manner and kept up to date on the progress of my repair. I recommend Friendly Auto if you are searching for competent and honest mechanic service.

The day before we were supposed to head back home to New York the rear diff on our wrangler started puking oil everywhere. These guys had the jeep on the lift within 10 minutes of my arrival so they could diagnose and get parts on order. We both thought it was just a pinion seal, got me an estimate and would have had me on the road that day. As it turns out, there were far worse things going on inside the diff and they would not be able to get it rebuilt for a week or two. They didint charge me anything for their time, and gave me a huge discount on a U-haul trailer to get the jeep home behind our rv instead of flat towing it. I'm not a repeat customer or anything, they are just good people, and knew I was in a jam. Wish there were more shops like this everywhere. Thanks Eric!

The name of this shop could not be more accurate about the guys that work there! & the service is amazing. I was going to multiple shops and they scammed me out of too much money regarding my car issue & they never fixed it. I came to Friendly auto centers and explained my situation and they helped me out so much! I Will forever go to them for anything I need regarding my car. Thank you guys❤️

I made an appointment to have a couple of issues checked out on my car. I was nervous because I was trying to guess how much I was going to have to spend to keep my car running. Logan took a drive with me so he could diagnose. Then we talked and he said, "If you were my mom, this is what I would tell you....." No immediate repairs were needed. He gave me a timeline for repairs and even looked over a list from another shop to give his input on their opinion. I felt bad about taking up his time when nothing was needed right away and he said, "No worries!" When it is time to get the issues addressed, I know where to go. I feel very confident in Logan's expertise and honesty.

I was able to set my appointment up so easily for the next day. Got my 2003 Montero an oil change and alignment. The tech was able to show me underneath my truck of a few issues and things to repair coming up in the future. No pressure whatsoever, just honest friendly service!!! The new owner Chris has been great to work with too!! I will always come back to Friendly’s!

My car was already paid for the service and stuff. My mom got there to pick up the car and they told her no they need needed to wait until Monday.. Very bad service.. After I had spoken to Alan and he had already had said yes it was okay for the car to be picked up... And they couldn't diagnosed my car correctly... It's not recommended here

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They were absolutely amazing. I had an electric problem, that was my fault. I did everything I could to fix it, but no luck. I went to them and Gary went above and beyond to get me going again. They have earned my business from now on.

Amazing, friendly, affordable, and professional service! I’ve been here 3 or 4 times for my car and each time I’ve felt like they actually cared and explained things to me and kept me informed each time. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and their amazing staff. They fixed my break lights and didn’t charge me and I really appreciated them for that being days away from Christmas. If you need a mechanic please use friendly auto they are the best! Highly recommend.

Great service, I went in for a MAJOR overhaul on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler. I had a little "incident" shortly after leaving the shop, they came and got me and took care of the problem. When I went back months later for an oil change, no charge (with synthetic oil).

Went in for an oil change on both our vehicles and a repair to our airbags system. The mechanic found an issue with our rear shocks and tie rods. They went so far as to send pictures and recommendations, without any pressure to repair. Because we have a lift, the truck needs extra attention and these guys did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

I went to Friendly Auto Centers to get my oil change. I scheduled online a few days prior and found the process to be simple. When the day came, they took my car right back at the time I dropped it off and had an extensive list of everything they checked which was immediately texted to me, which I very much appreciated. My only complaint was that an oil truck parked behind the garage ports and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes or so before I could leave. I will be back!

My husband and I are so glad we found Friendly Auto. Our AC went out and Friendly was able to get us in quickly and give us a ride back to our place. They were honest upfront with their prices and how can you beat the lifetime warranty which I don't expect to have to use. They go out of their way to help you. We left Mesa and were in Goodyear, AZ our truck broke down for a different reason and I called Friendly to see if they recommend anyone where we were. They were closed but maybe 30 minutes later the owner called me. He just happened to go in the shop for something and recommended someone he trusted out in Goodyear that could look at our vehicle he actually called them while I was on the other line. Amazing customer service. I have always wanted a mechanic that I trust and can use for all my cars. Friendly is the one.

We had a clutch kit installed in our Nissan 350Z. The work was performed in a timely manner. They actually were able to get us in the same day and we had a quick turn around for a complete replacement. The guy’s communicated really well and came in within budget. It was a great experience!!!

We took our truck in to have a weird vibration checked out. They diagnosed the problem and were able to get us in pronto! There was quite a bit of work needed on the front end, 4 wheel drive stuff. They were fast and efficient, best part was it was LESS than I expected! Thanks to Allen, Logan and owner Steve!!! THANKS GUYS!!!!! 👍
