A 1 is way too much This shop is a nightmare I had my vehicle towed to the shop nevertheless I had it towed away. They claim to have fixed the issue with my vehicle nevertheless, it was not fixed as a matter of fact it is actually worse than what it was when it came in when I brought my vehicle into the shop no dash lights at all were on this is a brand new car that I just purchased you When I left every light on my dash is on they stayed. I brought it in for up oil pan replacement but then when I left, they told me that I need a time and chain. My cam shaft is messed up all of these things when I just previously purchased this car, keep in mind nothing was wrong with it other than the upper oil pan needing to be replaced they charge me additional fees from what they originally agreed they charge me $61 for some boats on top. They had the audacity to try to alter my receipt and tell me that they’re not responsible for the damages. They called to my car when they repaired it when I told them I was not gonna sign the receipt they took my key out of my car, and cut my car off and called the police after I paid my money with the receipt in my hand, proceeded to call the police. The police came and told them they did not have any right to hold me hostage in their garage because I did of a signature. Keep in mind I paid in cash so it wasn’t like a credit card purchase. They need my signature for they messed up my car and did not want to be liable. My lawyer has already been called and contact and papers has been filed. This is just Saturday, January 18, please I beg you if you value your vehicle value your time value your money do not go to this place they are rude from the front counter to the to the garage. The mechanics are terrible with their rudeness they do not Like you value yourself or your money, they are there to rip you off and do not take pride in their work

Very professional and amazing car repair service.I had to take the time out of my day to acknowledge these great people.I needed car repairs and I was just visiting from Texas and I didn't know anything about Tennessee and they did an excellent job...I would recommend them to anyone

I rarely take the time to make a review. I am a broker for a dealer, and by this I mean that I am used to working with mechanics. The mechanic at the place is the most rude and bad-tempered person I have ever seen. He is taking away opportunities for growth with more clients from the company where he works. I do not recommend going to this place. No one should consume other people's bad days with bad words. 1 star

I'll give you 2 stars for tires and oil changes. If you need simple stuff done, it's OK to come here. Here's where the problem lies......once it gets too complicated, this places deficiencies can get exposed. We took our truck here to get it looked at, losing power, cutting off randomly, dash lighting up, black smoke out of the exhaust, just a multitude of problems. I'm thinking they'll find the fuel pump is faulty, or it needed a tune up. Not even close. They say the timing is off so they replaced a cam shaft and a couple of wheel bearings....huh? OK, they said this will fix the problem. 800 dollars to their pockets. Problem not fixed. Truck goes back there, they take 3 days and can't figure out the problem. I ask them about the spark plugs. The lady at thee counter didn't think the truck would do what it's doing if it had bad spark plugs. Yes it would. I've experienced that. She didn't give a lot of information, and somewhat rushed me off the phone when I had questions. Finally our personal mechanic went up there and got the truck. The bearings the replaced, he had replaced them not long ago. He tried to ask them questions, and they said their expertise wasn't in Nissans, nor do they do electrical work. Why not just tell me that in the first place? I could respectd that more, I would have paid you for your diagnostic and time, and took the L there. She rushed our mechanic out of there and he had questions. They got a little exposed here. If you want tires, that's good. Light repairs, fine. Just don't trust them with big repairs. They don't know about cars on that deep of a level do big repairs. I made some bad moves here and I can admit where I went wrong. I should have paid the diagnostic and went else where. Now I'll never even come back to this place even for tires or oil changes.

Terrible service .They had replaced my oil pan gasket 2 times .first time , on the drive back home it started leaking oil. Took it back , they told me my pan needed to be replaced . Second time changed the pan and gasket .. again driving home started to leak oil. They Did not clean or remove old gasket . Causing my oil pickup to suck up the old gasket/gunk, which then caused a total loss of oil pressure and seized the motor . I chose not to take it back to them because clearly they couldn’t care less about the quality of work they put out .

Fresno gets the job done!! Wayy more than just a tire shop. They take pride in their work. I have had suspension work done here and body work as well. I have yet to be disappointed by these guys. They do well at keeping the prices fair and communicating with customers throughout the repair. This is a very efficient location, so I do recommend being ready to pay the day you drop your car. Fresno gets the job done in no time. I’m happy to know that I’ve found a shop to trust with all my car needs!

El Fresno, is a great auto repair center with a trustworthy staff who does excellent vehicle service work. It's hard to find good mechanics but the crew @ El Fresno is awesome. Please don't ever change, just keep doing excellent work. "Highly Recommend 👍🏾 El Fresno on Raleigh Lagrange Ave."

I was looking for a quick tire repair, but all the main places had a 2 hour wait. El Fresno said, "Come on." They repaired my tire quickly without charging an arm and a leg. I will try their mechanic services for my next repair.

Every time i need something done i come straight to them fast and efficient service they did front and back brakes plugged my tires replaced my tires oil change and my tpms sensor all at different visits of course but they are good
