Not a bad shop, solid work but this shop has displayed really poor communication, consistently. If you call and get a quote, they will never do as they state and call you back with the pricing. Any vehicles I've had serviced here; I have never once received a call back stating my vehicle was ready; I always have to call and check if my vehicle is ready because they literally never do. The front desk reps are kind but not the best at keeping their word with communication with the customers. Ive referred others over to this shop and this is always the number 1 complaint. I know management could do better in this area, it would be a deal breaker. My car was ready for 2 days and no one called...two days wasted on a rental due to poor communication provided by this shop. Again, the work is solid but communication is terrible.

I thought they were stand up gentleman's If you didn't have it just avoid the karma   than to give me my size that was damaged already in the inner sidewall which results in a slow never-ending leak. Placing silicone glue to mask the defective tire was extremely shocking and unprofessional , The recklessness and potential danger I could've been in if the tire exploded at highway speeds. ( Avoidable Lawsuit ) Many were in on the scheme but mainly was the technician with light brown eyes and a mid heavy build The hints and signs were missed by helping my daughter . Guy's you could've just let me go when you first told me you didn't have my size instead of desperately selling me the last tire that was defective. To the real owner who knows how hard it is to establish a business, get rid of the men you feel doesn't represent your values , or your empire could suffer.

Needed a new set of tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I asked JR for his recommendation and he asked me what I was looking for in the new tires. He came back with the best fit for me to have a smooth ride on a daily and to also be prepared to have some fun off road. Definitely will be coming back in the future for my jeep needs!

I called to order 4 new tires and they arrived at the shop within 24 hours. I got the tires, alignment, and oil change within 2 hours with no appointment. Great communication and quick service. will definitely be coming again

Very good experience the employees there work very hard to give every customer the good professional service.I very highly do recommend this company with it's reasonable rates .The company has several ways to help the customer with payments.And in this imprudent complicated economy who doesn't need that.

I had quite a bit of work done recently. They found an old leak put on struts. They are a very honest company. The pricing was straightforward and fair. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely use them again when they are needed.

This place is ok but its very crowded they have no space for parking and a very small lounge for their customers, and their workers can be very stubborn and pushy on selling you tires
