If you want it done right, you can trust the family at Freeway Body Shop to deliver what you ask for. Met 3 generations of the family working the shop. The work ethics is hardworking to say the least. The traits being passed down come from quality skills. The customer service is superb. The knowledge is rich. Things happen. Sometimes out of our control. When I first dropped of my parts, they were painted promptly & i picked them up the same day. However their paint supplier missed adding the pearl. When I noticed it wasn't the same, they didn't hesitate to fix it. Picked up my bumpers a couple days later paint matched perfectly . Slowly getting my truck to look better than the wreck she's been through. The quality of this family is worth going back to for help. I simply give it a 4star because the disorganization

Very unprofessional! He takes your money and leaves your car sitting outside for months. You have to be after him constantly. He does crappy work and has nothing but excuse after excuse as to why he hasn't done anything to your car. At first, he's all great and works hard to get your insurance claim going. Then, when he's got the money, he sits on it and does nothing until you get so frustrated that it turns into constant arguments! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! Mark Padilla (owner and operator) takes your money and won't do the work that was promised!

The owner of the shop is very professional n friendly. I dont take my Corvette just any where but this shop is great, The job was well done by him, his dad n son. Definitely recommend this shop. Work was done fast n very good. Didnt cost an eye or leg n simply was great. Give them a chane.

This body shop completely screwed up my car. Looks like I took it for a $200 paint job in Juarez. I left a review a year ago but it seems Mark got a few friends to post positive reviews to hide his dirty work. Keep looking at others reviews. He does good to people he knows and screws others over.

Mark & his father are awesome! I recommend FREEWAY BODY SHOP to whomever need work done. I wish I had taken b4 & after pictures of my LINCOLN Town Car. I totally LOVE IT. Thank you for making my Memorial to my Mom so special 💗

When it comes to timing, he will over-promise and under-deliver. The paint turned out well, in general, but some details were sloppy, and I believe that he did not apply a flow coat on part of the truck, as was the contract and price.
