Brought my son's Tundra here for aftermarket shocks and struts to be installed. Called to get a quote and spoke with Tony. I brought the truck in the following day and it was done the next day. I paid less than the original quote, also got an alignment. Tony offers amazing service and advice, the guy is super honest! I'll be bringing my car in to get my rear suspension done soon.

This shop does not try to push you to do extra auto work that is needed. How ever he will tell you it will need to be done soon and gives you the option to do the work now are later. The labor price is good and the auto work is excellent. I took my care in for some work and my car was finished in a timely manner. As for the staff they have great customer service and they are very honest. I also recommend this place if you have a classic car.

when the car/truck won't fit on alignment rack at local shop.....this place WILL...One of the last alignment pits still working, so no rack necessary....had many cars aligned by these guys over the years, no problems with any...drives straight, steering wheel flat and level...👍

This is an amazing place that can fix almost anything that's happened to your car. My car had been in an accident before I bought it unbeknownst to me and no one could figure out how to make it go straight down the freeway. Until the old farts at Freeman frame got a hold of it!

Best alignment you could ask for no lazy lazier all old fashion done by hand no computer telling you what to do and the customer service is the best treat u like family really good prices and they aren't going to sell u stuff u don't need very up front definitely going back 5 start no questions

Freeman Frame and Alignment is awesome. They worked on my 65 Mustang and were professional and great to deal with. They walked me through the issues with my suspension and were right on time with their estimated work time. I appreciate honest and knowledgable people like this. If you have a vintage car, these people know how to align it.

Freeman frame found a steering problem and very dangerous situation . The master mechanic at Pepboys on story rd san jose just rotated tires and said the knock i was hearing while steering was not able to get it any tighter .the knuckle on the steering rod was about to fall off and abviously a hazard all it would have taken would have been a bump on the road while driving ! Thanks freeman frame good looking out . Always watch out for pot holes and pot heads.

I have a 32 Ford truck hot rod. Someone else built this and I have been doing wholesale changes to it. New rear end and rebuilt all the front end, so I brought it in to make sure everything was in alignment. They did a great job. Rides way better now.

It is hard to find honest and good help these days. Tony was very welcoming and taught me a lot. I was referred to him by another honest person from Fremont body shop. Carlos from Bumpers Express near Warm Springs BART referred me to Freeman. Both Freeman and Bumpers Express are my places to go to for all my cars for honesty and reasonable prices.

Tony assisted me and broke down the quote I asked him for. Price was fair and he performed the work within the given time frame. The entire process was straight forward and easy, the way you'd want work on your car to be. I'll be back for sure.

agreed to take a tricky but common bearing press job that should have run maybe $200. The Problem is they were NOT equipped to do this job, SO SHOULD HAVE DECLINED TO TAKE THE WORK. Instead they ruined another $500 of related parts then tried to charge me $400 for the privilege . AVOID THESE GUYS

Terry and the guys are very helpful. I had a bent leaf spring on my chevy Silverado and was asking them about replacing it. To my surprise they ended up just unbending it, in and old school way. Guess what it worked and fits perfectly. These guys are great.

Terry is a nice guy, but they charged me $250.00 for front and rear alignment job on a 97 Acura. I went there 3 years ago and paid $90 for the same job, but on a 99 Camaro. He didn't go over any prices with me or anything. Waited an hour for them to start working on it, so I went to get food. Came back 30 min later and it was half done without any quote being done. Don't sign the paperwork at the end. Just give him a 100 and leave. Pretty sure he was supposed to have me Sign agreement before work was done.
