DO NOT RECOMMEND. Every time that I’ve taken a car in for an alignment, they’ve called me back telling me they are unable to do it because of x, y, or z issue. Most recently, they told me a ball joint needed replacing in order to do an alignment. Took my car to Butitta Brothers and was told that there was no ball joint issue & the alignment went great.

Been going there 30 years. Never had one bad experience. So trustworthy and honest. Best place around for your vehicle needs. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else...and they are the kindest and friendliest people...definitely a 5 star business.

Freeman has been my only alignment shop. My grandpa was a successful farmer & didn't waste time or money. He also wouldn't conduct business with anyone he didn't trust. He recommended me to Freeman and I've had all my suspension needs met every time, on time.

Had a great experience with John. Patiently helped me diagnose a popping noise in my truck's suspension. I have recommended them to all my friends, several have already gone. It is rare to find a honest mechanic, and John/company exemplify the highest level of customer service, business ethics, and really know what they are doing! A+
