I've had a PHENOMENAL experience with Freedom Four Wheel. Whether working with Tyler at the front desk or Keiffer who has installed my Tacoma's front bumper, winch system, and lights... absolute professionals. I went to a bunch of shops around Bozeman/Belgrade and this shop is by far the best. The team's timeliness, communication, skills, and battle-tested knowledge of the industry's products/performance is second-to-none. Will return here for sure with additional installs!

I ordered Prinsu roof rack through this company and was told it would take a week. Since I am traveler, whole week was a long time but i decided to stay in MT waiting for it. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE 2-3 weeks. I was told it takes a week, might take few days longer. After a week and message I’ve got to confirm my appointment I did so. After that, luckily I called to double check if we are good for the appointment, they told me oh no we aren’t it will take additional week or two. Ok no problem, I take my business elsewhere. I ask for refund and for refund receipt- he said he’d send it to me before business day ends. I don’t get nothing 2 days later, i message them and ask about it, he sends it to me and I can see that he just remembered to process my refund after that. So if I didn’t call, I wouldn’t get it. If I didn’t call to ask if we are good, I would have driven 250 miles for nothing. On top of everything, I see I’ve been charged 3%. So I ask for full refund, me as a consumer didn’t get no service at all, and the one I received wasn’t good at all, they tell me no they will keep 3% that’s a card processing fee and there is nothing they can do about it (?!?!) Horrible experience and I would suggest staying away from this business. Good they didn’t charge me double of card processing fee since they had to issue me a refund as well I guess. Saddest part is response from owner or whoever blaming consumer for their own bad communication, from which everything went bad. Also, I asked very clearly about what was 6% charge and was very kindly ignored, and I went over it thinking I had no other choice, listen to my phone calls with your employees. There are much better choices however, check Custom truck and Off road essentials. I have everything installed on my vehicle 3 days after calling them.

This company is amazing! They contribute to the community, participate in local trail ride groups and do an amazing job building or fixing whatever project you have in mind. They do not price gouge like other companies do.

Freedom Four Wheel is the best! Had an excellent experience getting a new suspension and tires installed on my Tacoma! Every step of the process went great from ordering parts to getting the parts put on. I am very happy with how my truck came out and how they treat their customers here, thanks again guys!

I'm from Germany and on our one-year trip to the USA the diesel glow plug system on our 1988 Ford F 350 broke. We happened to pass by Freedom. We were helped immediately and the system was repaired. The price was very fair. Thank you very much, a great workshop.

We have used Freedom Four Wheel several times. On our 22 Duramax, they installed a full BDS 6” lift, & front & rear fusion bumpers with lights installed. They always take their time & get it right! This is the only shop we take our trucks to for aftermarket parts. Our lift we have had on about a year and never had an issue with it. I hit ice last winter and hit the passenger tire & they fixed that as well & got it brand new. If you want awesome & reliable trucks, you have to take it to these guys.

These guys absolutely killed it on my lift! Not only did they do a great job installing the lift but the customer service was awesome, they were very responsive and answered all my questions and even took the time to do extra research on certain specs to get my alignment done. I highly recommend

Called about getting a estimate on some work, they give me a ball park estimate of 10 - $12,000. I told them to go ahead with the actual estimate. Many phone calls, 6 weeks later, still no estimate. Joe had alot of excuses. Another verbal estimate from Joe, had also doubled to $23,000. Nice. By the way, I had cash.

Got me in last minute when another garage here in Belgrade told me my new drive shaft parts weren't going to work with my current setup. Lars got me scheduled and the guys there were prompt with getting the job done in the time frame they estimated, not to mention knowing how to install my new drive shaft that indeed was compatible. The pricing is very fair and their communication regarding the appointments was great and they were easy to work with. Will be back next time I need any sort of service for my Jeep!

I came out to Montana on a hunting trip with some friends. I had a tuner in my truck that during mid-tune, fried my ECM. I had my truck towed to a dealership in town. Dealership stated it would be over a month before they could fix it and would cost 1000-1200. I called around and found Freedom Fourwheel. They took care of me in a week and for half the price. Very appreciative of Joe and his employees. Very professional, upfront and honest. If I’m ever in the area again and need work done, Freedom Fourwheel will be my first call.

Fantastic service all around. I had a shop do some work previously which caused a huge break and left me without 4wd and breaks. I was able to get it out and I found these guys. They did fantastic work, fixed everything and even made some huge upgrades too. I can’t recommend them enough if you have any 4wd that you actually use off-road.

Joe and Garrett from Freedom Four Wheel are great to work with. I have a 4Runner TRD Pro. They recently helped me with front and rear bumpers. Re-gear to 4.54. Front locker. Onboard compressor. They also did a nice winch for me on my front bumper. Everything turned out great and I was very happy with the workmanship and communication. They had a good attitude. We're responsive. Did great work and know what they are doing. Highly recommend Freedom Four Wheel to anyone in the area.
