Got a metal shard in a rear tire, was unsure if it was repairable. They got me in as soon as I called and were extremely helpful. Was in and out within an hour and they even put the repaired tire back on for me with no extra charge!

My second time here was just as great as the first. A gentleman named Marty answered my phone call, scheduled my appointment the same day and was also the one to greet me and show me on my way. I’m convinced this guy is the reason everyone loves this place. I won’t take credit away from the techs, they’re intelligent and they’re fast as nascar. All around good shop. Once again, shout out to Marty, fantastic customer service and great representative for the business! Cheers!

SUPER AWESOME PEOPLE.. I am in from Charleston, SC going to school in Knoxville came in with a leaking tire right before closing. The manger Tyler and Domanieck was extremely helpful and nice not only did they fix my tire issue they also educated me on how to maintain and what to look for when expecting my tires. These two guys are SUPER SUPER AWESOME PEOPLE. GREAT TIRE PLACE IN KNOXVILLE.. ❤️❤️☺️☺️😁😁

I took my 2008 Honda Fit here to get my brakes inspected because they were squeaking. It took them an hour and a half to tell me I needed new pads, rotors, and one of my rear cylinders was leaking (didn't tell me which side) and quoted me $1k. I declined, bought the parts from Rock Auto for $90 and had my friend who is a Honda technician help me out. He said my pads were actually fine, it was just the hardware making them squeak and he didn't see a leak in either of my rear cylinders. Either the mechanics at this location don't actually know what they're doing or they are trying to take advantage of people by charging for more than what they actually need done. Definitely would not recommend.

As I purchased tires from this company, I receive tire rotations at no cost. Everyone here is always helpful and friendly. I also come here for oil changes and brakes. I highly recommend them!

I was in need of an urgent alignment on a saturday. Called their location and they told me they can do it right away. Brought the car in and the alignment was finished in about half an hour. Very happy that they did the job without an appointment quickly and appreciate that. Pricing was very unfair though. In my few experience with the Free Service Tire they have a high price point and always add a completely made up $17 "shop supply fee". Ended up paying $160 for an alignment which is crazy.

I had a repair done on my vehicle at Free Service tire and they charged me $263.59 for a part that they paid $94.04 for. I believe a markup is fair, but not 280%. I have been a customer for years, but I will not go back.

Spent $1,700 last week on an alternator and other work. My car started acting up this week and these guys wanted to charge me $99 just to look at it. After trusting these guys and thinking I had found my new mechanics, they treated like nothing. The employee suggested I go to AutoZone and get the diagnostics test from them and bring the codes back, but they could not look at it without charging me. That’s ok. I will cut my losses and find me a new place.

As a woman Who knows nothing about cars, I dread taking my car in anywhere for routine maintenance. However, these guys are awesome! They took great care of my car and did exactly what I needed; they did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary items. They were kind, professional, and never condescending. I will be a customer for life!

Found I had a leak in a tire about an hour before I had to be at a wedding. We are from out of town so we had no idea what was around for tire repair. Found this shop. They were busy but they willingly got my vehicle in and found, and fixed the leak. NO CHARGE! So very glad for their great customer service. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

I just wanna give a shout out to Ben Hensley at free service tire on Clinton Highway. He took care of me went above and beyond to get the things I need done on my car and help me out and was upfront and honest about anything that I needed or was wrong with my car. His team and management at this store is awesome. I will recommend anyone if they ever need anything. Done to go there and speak to Ben. He’ll definitely take care of you and get you what you need done as quick as he can and get you on your way. Very friendly environment, friendly people and do great work. I will definitely continue to bring my car here and get anything I need done..

Made an appointment the week before for service. Arrived for the appointment and they said they were behind but would have it ready by 1pm. When I showed up at 1pm they had not even started it. No phone call to update me they were running behind. Incredibly disappointing in the lack of communication and customer service

This place is great. Ben is an absolute gem of a manager with probably the smoothest voice I’ve ever heard, and the assistant manager is also great. The team here feels very different, and I’m glad I came to this shop to have my car fixed. I’ve never been this satisfied with a shop before. My car feels better than when I bought it, and I’m glad they took the time to figure out what was going wrong.

I interacted with several employees there and they were all kind, courteous, and professional. That said, I was seriously dissatisfied with my experience. I was quoted for thousands of dollars of work for an issue that was caused solely by a failed seal. I do not know why this was the case and I am not implying the staff are under using unfair business practices. I am only pointing out that their solution was excessive and caused me to find other options.
