This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a shop. He will say the car will be done by the end of the day and then when you call to check he makes excuses as to why he hasn’t accomplished a single thing. When you try to get information about pricing, timeframe, mechanical issue, he will refuse to answer. Save yourself the headache and go to a shop with professionalism. This is a terrible way to conduct business.

Fred’s has literally never let me down. Best pricing I’ve ever come across. Quality work. They always come thru and get the job done. I’ve brought every car I owned to them when I needed work done and have never been dissatisfied.

Came to the shop on Tuesday morning to replace front pads. Been called around 2 pm to pick up a car Came back at 230 and wait another 2 hours to pick up a car because work wasn't done After car been picked up I heard se noise as before I called back and old rude guy replied back what I want if I only pay for pads Never again ill go to Fred's auto 😭😭😭

I used to go to Fred's about ten years ago.... My how the mighty have fallen..... I brought my charger in for a muffler / resonator delete and to have a set of flowmaster fx and tips installed..... They quoted $300 cash over the phone which seemed a little high (but everything is expensive now so I didn't haggle). I picked it up in the rain and noticed the exhaust tips weren't flush with the car as I had specified on the phone. I called to complain and "Fred" told me to come back another day and he would fix it. When I returned, the shop was closed... I thought maybe they were on lunch... Then I explained the problem to one of the yard guys, who looked under and said... The tips weren't flush because THE MUFFLERS WERE LEFT ON! Not only did I tell three people it was a muffler resonator delete.... I also offered a picture to the guy that installed it and he laughed and said... I got it, I don't need a picture...... Obviously he did. On top of that the yard guy that spoke to Fred said he needed to charge me "more money" Bottom line is if you need muffler work.. Go to John's on 23rd and Wells and don't mess with Freddy's muffler "clowns" 🤡 repair shop

A true NIGHTMARE of an experience!! If you're looking for good honest work on your vehicles, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Fred treats his customers and employees horribly and turns out shoddy work... If I could give him negative stars I would.
