Good price and service for the items I needed competed on my vehicle. Mateo was very communicative on pricing and time spent waiting and it's always nice to get the carwash and vacuuming of my vehicle at no extra charge.

The start of this interaction was great at first. Honestly felt like I was in good hands. After my car was looked at everything started to go down hill. I initially took car in with concerns with transmission, car stop driving one day as I was on road. Even though engine was on car wouldnt go forward or reverse. Tow it to the service department. They look at it Monday, told me nothing was wrong with transmission that car was driving and gave me a list of over 5k worth of other stuff that I didn't took car in for. I don't understand how a manifold that they want to fix for 1700 had anything to do with transmission. Spoke to tech, tech suggested I needed to replace fluid in transmission, that he believed that was probably why car stalled. Cool. They wanted to charge me $600 just to open the transmission to look at it. Plus $350 to replace fluid. We'll car is old and I didn't wanna invest money on it, I wanted cheapest thing out the door, so in opted to do just flush and fluid. At the end of the day if that was issue, opening it wouldn't do anything extra for me. I asked service lady to confirm that I wouldn't be charge the, diagnostics which she said to me as long as I completed the work with them it was waived. Well to my surpise day to pick up car came, and here they go charging me for the diagnostics being super misleading saying that I didn't do the recommended work so I was gonna pay for diagnostics. I took car for transmission concerns. I didn't want to do your "recommendation that was gonna cost me more than what car is worth" that had nothing to do with main issue. I asked for a manager needless to say they never called me. Came to pay and took my car home and now it had a check engine light on which didn't have one when I took care in. I even consider buying a car from them, won't happen now. I promise you that.

This is a great dealership. Service manager Brayan took care of all details of my required maintenance, very professional and courteous. All work performed was done as expected. Highly recommend this business if shopping for a vehicle.

I have to rave about my experience at Fred Andersen Nissan! I just went to the service center for my first oil change and tire rotationand asked if they could do my car inspection while I was there. From scheduling the appointment to driving out of the dealership I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is outstanding from beginning to end. I was impressed that while I was waiting in their beautiful waiting area they sent me a video message explaining the results of my inspection! It was worth the drive to return to the dealership to get my car serviced.

I had recent auto service performed and my Service Advisor was "Chaz".He was very courteous and professional.He assured I understood the reason for the necessary repairs that was needed.
