Customer service here is amazing, they do very good work, however, they only install OEM parts, I bought a set of upper and lower control arms from 034 Motorsport and to be shock they won't install them on my audi s6. It's very difficult out here for someone who wants to upgrade their audi besides OEM parts, audi las vegas them selves said they would install them, really put a dent in my upgrading schedule.

Long story short, take your car here if you want passable customer service for very basic auto work done, at close to dealership-level labor rates. I've since taken my car to another shop. I was able to repair and upgrade my engine head at almost 1/4th the cost of Frank's quoted me for an entirely new engine, not even including labor. Full story below. I took my 2013 VW for a request to diagnose a very specific problem (I own a dealership-level scanner to diagnose issues both seen and unseen on the dashboard). I gave them a very explicit order not to take the car for a test drive, given the engine issues I knew that I had. Three days later, they did a multi-point inspection, including a test drive which I explicitly ordered not to do. Unsatisfied with their surface-level diagnosis of my issue, I requested they actually take a look into the engine issues I was having (I was willing to pay for any labor associated with the diagnosis). They outright declined to inspect my car further and told me the labor to inspect would cost more than the actual repair. They were also insistent that I needed a new engine and told me it was a common failure for this engine; proceeding to list a bunch of cars that don't share the same engine as mine. Suffice to say that I will not be taking any four of my family's European cars here for services/diagnosis.

Came here today for a smog check in my 14 Audi S6. I was there less than 20 minuets! Everyone was nice even though it was 7:30am. After all the shops I have been to for my Audi, this one stands out. I will for sure come here for future services.

I relocated to Vegas and my audi sensors started acting up, my dash board lit up like a Christmas. Took it to Frank's, which took a week to find and fix the issues. I would have given 5 stars, but I found myself calling to get an update, instead of my specialist letting me know of any findings at the end of the day. Other than that, management and everything else is on point.

I was excited to try these guys with all the positive reviews. The front desk staff was nice, however the actual 'service' provided by Franks needs help. I took my car in for a diagnostic and they misdiagnosed my issue, gave me my car back with a new check engine light populating and they tried to recommend unnecessary services unrelated to the true issue with the vehicle. Disappointing experience... you are better off going to the dealer.

Buy another used Jaguar, and of course that necessitates another trip to my Friendly Frank's European Services. Definitely not as bad as a trip to the dentist for root canal, but the cost can be comparable, but that is what to expect when You purchase a Used Foreign Luxury vehicle. But the Plus here is that You have a Foreign Vechicle Service Provider like Frank's. Receiving a 100 point inspection, that provides in terrific detail the issues that may need immediate attention, along with possible issues that could potentially arise in the future. Frank's has been Servicing my Jaguars for 12 years and I can honestly say that Service They provide is First Class.

Frank's European Service was great to work with. I had a lovely mechanic before I moved to Henderson and was concerned that I wouldn't get as lucky here. I was very pleasantly surprised. My car is a bit older, but I've taken good care of it and don't really want to add the expense of a new car right now. I will be heading back after the new year. Thank you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From start to finish my experience was top notch. My service writer was able to accommodate my schedule. I informed him I needed to wait for my oil change. I brought my coupon in with me and it was honored. The techs completed the full synthetic oil change in less than an hour. Incredible. I can recommend Frank’s European Service without hesitation. If you take care of your car, it will take care of you. Frank’s has made my relocation from out of state a lot less painful. One of my biggest worries was finding an honest and reliable shop to care for my baby. I drive over an hour to have her serviced here. It’s worth the extra effort. Thank you Matt + Co.!

After a very long and harrowing experience with towing companies, insurance, and a crazy body shop, I finally got my car to Franks European to repair the front suspension. Service was exemplary, and I was able to get my car back in a reasonable amount of time and still have all my limbs, and both my kids!

First off, I just want to thank Frank’s European for their consistency and dedication in doing such wonderful work on my “OLD” 2002 Mercedes Benz SL500. Also I want to say that the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable while grilling you on the issues with your vehicle. I love it! 😻

Great service, work finished on time when promised. the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable . Never any last minute surprises and really like the complete report on overall service plus recommendations on future services for the vehicle. Friendly service and at a reasonable price.

Franks may have been great if I had time to experience their “process”. I made an appointment online at which time I was asked if I would be dropping the car off or waiting. When I dropped by the day before my appointment to do a dry run and locate the business I was told I’d need to leave the car in the next morning for 3-5 days to diagnose the issue. I was told a rush job was 2-3 days. I explained I had driven 3400 miles from Alaska for the Silver State Classic Challenge road race and just wanted the A/C serviced/repaired. I was told by Eric, sorry that’s not our process. After an unproductive effort for him to understand I was driving around in an oven I asked to cancel the appointment. I then found German Motor’s. They took care of me from the initial call until I left a very happy customer the very next day in about 5 hours. They fixed my A/C, balanced and rotated my tires for the race, changed my oil/filter, and replaced a ram air part the very next day. No hassle friendly service. Frank’s, no thanks, it doesn’t work for my process either. German motors took great care of me and my car.

I had some axel work done on my fiat that was cheaper than what a dealership was going to charge. The service advisors were great and answered all of my questions. Was not pressured to perform any other suggested services.

Pretty bad experience imo, couldn't get an alignment done within a day after i dropped it off at 7am and had to come back a different day for them to finish. Wouldn't recommend this shop...
