I had been to Frank’s so many times and never had an experience like this. I went to get my oil changed and after it was done when I turned my car on, the check oil light was on. I explained that it wasn’t there before and the general manager and attendant had to pull up a YouTube video in order to attempt to fix it. After they “fixed” it my check engine light came on and was blinking. At this point I was so scared because I just came to get my oil changed, and now two check lights had come on. Nobody one wants to see that check engine light! Seeing that I was getting frustrated, the attendants became extremely rude and short. I felt like this was unfair, because I feel like anyone would be scared in this situation. They rewatched the YouTube video and realized that they didn’t put something back in the right place. At this point, my nerves were shot so I asked for a number in case anything else happens with my car because I had no issues before hand. They were very callous with me and said that they “guess” I can use the number at the top of my receipt and I was “good to go”. Nobody was apologetic, or said anything to make this experience comfortable. I was a longtime customer of Frank’s and I will not be going back.

The only thing that is halfway decent is the wash itself. The guys that do the cleaning inside really suck. I called the guy that did the inside back twice, and it still looks like crap. It is something every time I go there, each time I do go back, I have no choice, I have run out of time. Guess I just need to do it myself.

I initially started going here because it was black owned... but the whole staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable on their work!! Plus they give out tokens for coming.... its nothing like guest appreciation 🤞🏾🥰

Interior cleaning was awful. I posted pictures. Dash board, seats and floor boards were not cleaned.

This is not clean! Where has the quality of work gone? Are you proud of this type of work? The windshield is terrible as well. Pay someone to clean your car and then have to clean it after them. Ridiculous!

Excellent service and work. Fast and reliable plus 10 dollars off a car was at the oil change center beside the car wash. Love them. Not into the new pop up car washes…

Horrible job. Did not even vacuum my whole car out and I paid for a more expensive wash. Streaks on the windhshield and nothing wiped down.

How to wash the car turned into an awesome experience!!! Great human service and assistance, a lounge place to comfortably wait for our car (vendor machine, clean bathroom, and a massage chair!). Car clean, shining and clients happy!!! Win-win...

I have been going here for years. I always get the $35 job on both of our vehicles. Complete job, or it used to be. Now you have to ask for the mats to be washed. When I pointed out the door jambs and edges not dry, I got attitude. The Chrome wheels weren't dry. The rear bumper wasn't dry. I asked him to wipe down the front interior door panels, and he said get a detail. Part of the top of the dash was wiped, but the face wasn't. I'm not sure the turtle wax came out. I'll never go back. You have lost a long time customer. $140/ month, $1680+ yearly. Probably closer to $2000. If you decide to improve your services, respond to this review. Maybe I'll give you another shot. Update 12/7/23: Stopped in and got the Deluxe as I always did in the past. Saw some new faces. Everything was fixed. The mats were washed, and the front-end man did a fantastic job. All of the windows were cleaned, all of the door jambs were wiped down. The interior was done very well, and the rims were wiped off. He even changed rags between tasks, unlike the past experience. I'll update the review after the next visit.

Ruined my husbands car. While the workers were driving his car through the automatic wash, something came loose and got stuck. Instead of stopping to get out and see what the problem was, they revved the engine until the car came out. Come to find out it was the exhaust manifold flex pipe that came loose and they completely stretched it out. They refused a refund or take any accountability for it. We had to buy a new part and was out of a car for a several weeks while we had to wait to get it fixed. My husband works a hour away so we had to pay several hundred dollars to rent a car while it got fixed. The manager told me it was my fault because car parts weren’t supposed to be loose. How was I supposed to know that something UNDER my car was loose? I’m also not the one who revved the engine and completely stretched it out. So a $30 car wash ended up costing me a couple grand. Not only that but they did not wipe it out and barely ran the vacuum over the carpet. Awful experience. I left a comment before but it seems that it was deleted.

They did a great job on my car. The last guy that did the interior, floor mats and windows took his time getting every crook and cranny. I will return.

Top to bottom full service, great people, and easy in, easy out. They even have a riser for the kids to watch the carwash, they love it.

Went through the automatic car wash. It did a terrible job. This is what I wiped off when I dried my car 10 minutes after going through. I can’t proof it but there’s also more deep scratches in my paint now. Highly dissatisfied.
