When you visit this tire shop, be sure to ask them to check the tire first instead of assuming the issue. I had a nail in my tire and assumed I only needed a plug. However, unlike other tire shops, they didn't check the tire first. The employee struggled for over 10 minutes to remove the nail, and it took a coworker less than a minute to do it. After plugging the tire and putting it back on my car, the tire immediately went flat. The owner claimed the plug wasn't the issue and insisted that there must be something else wrong with the tire. They discovered a deep crack on the side of the tire, and although I paid for a plug, they refused to refund my money. First, they blamed me for asking for a plug, then they said the fee was for putting on my spare tire (which was already on the car before I arrived), and finally, they claimed it was a $10 fee to check the tire. No one has ever charged me before, and I was not told this in the beginning. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning. Good customer service and accountability should be important to businesses.

Sorry Franks. You probably have nothing to do with this but I don’t know how else to get the word out. There’s a man that sells vehicles out of the suite that shares a space with Franks. Don’t do business with him. Sold me a lemon with bad wiring due to shoddy repair. If you NEED to buy salvage, it’s not always a bad thing. Just bad people with bad intentions. Go elsewhere. These pictures are just the tip of the iceberg.

Wanted $57 for a tire that was already at the safety mark the lowest they could do was $55 they shouldn’t even be selling used tires that are already at the safety mark especially not for that price.

My back tire of my truck was getting really low, I decided to go to Frank’s Tires since they’ve helped me before with my small car and gave me a good price for 4 of them since I paid cash. I went with my truck today 11/18 at 5:20 and the guy there told me they don’t have any tires that fit my truck, ok. Then I asked him well if he could do a patch job since my tire was getting deflated as we spoke, he then rudely told me “We’re closed and I’m not doing anything else”. My question is if he was closed then why did he bother to indulge me about getting a tire replaced then. On Google the website says they close at 6:30 and I still had more than an hour left. If they somehow changed their hours they should update it on Google, otherwise the guy working there blatantly lied to my face. Take your business elsewhere! Support other local businesses that actually want to make work.
