Franks Tire is a good spot, BUT the car wash that is with them is a JOKE. Just went by and to get the carpet vacuumed. The 15 yo boy called some lady, and i was told to do the full car they wanted $280.00. Using a translate app i told the boy all I want was to have the carpet vacuumed up that is ALL. He called the woman back and he asked how much, he told me $180.00, just to vacuum inside! STAY AWAY, TO HARD-TO-GET INSTRUCTIONS CLEAR, AND WAY TOO MUCH MONEY. RIP-OFF, JOKE, SCAM, & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AGAIN Franks Tire is a good spot, BUT the car wash that is with them is a JOKE.

Randomly stopped here due to low tire pressure and tire not seeming to fill up. It was the closest place. They looked over the tire carefully and found nothing but filled up with air for me. Super nice and didn’t charge much!

Sold a tire with inner sidewall buldging. Another time charged 80-90 dollars for used tire. Same tire from various places in pasadena cost 40 to 60 dollars. Also charged 80 dollars for to replace tpms and sensor light came back 15 min later.

Got 2 used tires. One lasted a month. But they claim it's the best price you'll find. No wonder why. I'd suggest finding another place to get tires from.

I have stop here couple of times for low tired etc. morning guys are amazing and friendly and honestly i feel they are more honest than the evening personnel. I stop to get a tired replace and was interested on using the snap finance but turns out that they will adjust the prices higher and try to explain how it work but i completely understand of how it works and in my personal opinion i did consider a rip off/ fraud. And will not recommend or stop by this location honestly read the reviews before because they are ripping people off.

They are very pricey and always tell you they have to order that part from the dealer at the end you go and fix one problem next day the car has the same isssue and when you take it again they tell you that there is another issue.

I had a blow out on 45 with my kids inside...made it to Franks and they fixed me up with a new tire and sent us on our way... Everyone was so nice and the tire price was reasonable...thanks guys
