Our car looks new again! My daughter’s treasured 2005 350Z was damaged pretty badly in last spring’s hail storm. It took us a while to find the right shop for us and then she left for college. The team at Franco’s took care of her care over the Christmas break and it looks absolutely amazing. We could not be happier with the work done and the caring team at Franco’s. Thank you!!!

Tremendous work quality at great value from Franco’s. I was so pleased with the final repair work; I brought 3 of my vehicles back-to-back to them. Nancy and Alex Franco provided outstanding communication, always letting us know what was happening with our vehicles. Exceptional customer service from Franco’s that is rare these days. Be careful dealing with this company when it comes to hail damage. My insurance company sent me here for an estimate. They apparently have a relationship with a company around the corner and they sent my vehicle there. They held my vehicle for weeks just for an estimate. I had no vehicle. I had to get the insurance company involved and they informed me to get law enforcement involved. Apparently they did the estimate and were trying to cash in on it also without my permission. I just asked for an estimate. When I asked for the vehicle back they trashed the estimate. Luckily my insurance company had everything they needed. Just be careful with this company.

Took literal WEEKS to finish damages that were solely cosmetic. Every time I spoke to them they gave me different date for when the car would be ready and it was excuse after excuse with them. Almost 5 weeks to replace a bumper and fender is crazy. I will be contacting the BBB as well as a lawyer as there is no way this is legal to do.

I took my car to Franco’s body shop for minor damage. The ladies were very communicative always letting me know what was happening and the process with dealing with the insurance was very helpful to me being I have no knowledge. The vehicle was repaired and the actually went beyond what I was expecting. I was recommended to Franco’s many years ago and even then I was happy with the customer service as I am now. Highly recommend them !! 5plus ⭐️😊

We just had repairs done at Franco's and were thoroughly impressed. Their team is very knowledgeable, and I had a quote within minutes. Their pricing definitely beat other quotes I had received. They ordered my hood, painted it, and had everything finished in less than two weeks! I would recommend Franco's expertise to everyone. We won't ever use anyone else!

Franco's Paint and Body Shop came through again for us after I experienced another deer incident. They fixed my Jeep and it looks amazing. They were very good at finding all the damaged parts and fixing it back to almost new again. Thanks to Franco and his guys in the shop and to the ladies in the office. I came here based on word of mouth recommendation and the reviews. This was a giant mistake. After they had my vehicle for weeks, I arrived to pick it up, and there were so many issues. First, they completely skipped repairing one of the items on the estimate. I brought this to their attention, and they were more worried about me paying them for services performed than completing the job. The next thing they did was try to give me the truck back with the power steps installed over 1 foot in the wrong direction, causing the step to not retract properly. I left it there another week, and they corrected the 2 issues. However, there is now damage to my door around the door handle that was not there prior to me dropping ogg with them. They refused to take responsibility for the matter. I showed them pics of the truck the day before I dropped it off, and they could not see the scratches in their photos either. Yet they tried to say it was like that prior. They even went as far as trying to tell me it was from using the key (I've never pulled the hard kry from the fob). The scratchs are down to the bare metel, and their was no sign of oxidation on them metal. Basically, it was clear as day that it was fresh damage. I'm now taking my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed due to their incompetence. Lastly, as if all that wasn't bad enough, they did not bother to clean the dust from sanding and buffing they created from the interior and weather stripping. There was a literal handprint (it wiped off) on my headliner. All that said the body work and paint looked great Everything else was a nightmare!

I had got into a car accident a year back and was suggested to Franco's body shop. I've been dealing with my headlights issues for a whole year after they "fixed it." They held my car for 3 months and my lights been off balanced after. After my headlight went out, they took 5weeks to even call me back about any update. I do not recommend going here if you are in a time crunch to get your car fixed or even to get it back on time.

The reason for the poor review was due to the poor service and color matching I received. I’m sure they do a good job on easy colors but I have a matte grey suv and it took them months to “match” I finally got my car back and the bumper was installed wrong, and the color does not match the rest of the car. Now I have to go to another auto body shop to have them fix their poor work. Im so frustrated with the amount of money I spent to even deal with Franco’s and now I’ll be out even more trying to fix their terrible work
