Mr. Fraire runs an outstanding business and has amazing customer service! It's evident that he appreciates all his customers' business and has a desire to keep them coming back for years. I am a widowed, single mom, and he always treats me BETTER than fair, and has always taken such good care of me and my vehicle! Do not go here. They put two tires on the car, but gave me one that was not a match and was too big for the car. I did not notice until I heard it rubbing the wheel well. When I went back they tried to tell me they didn’t sell me the tires. I’m doing a chargeback on my card, but would like to prevent any other people from being conned. Bad business from these people, which is unfortunate as I would love to support local.

Have done business with them for years . But first time they broke a lug nut off of course said not their fault.. but didn’t remove the broken piece out of the inside of tire .. I didn’t know that was the problem but a loud noise start from the back of car so has to have a tow truck. After getting to a shop removed tire it was the broken nut ., no. They wouldn’t pay for that tow which I think they own me that .. I think they should at least pay for the tow bill.

The owner sold me a brand new nexen, a week later I have a fat knot on my tire. I go back by fraires and the owner wants to argue with me about if I got the tire last week or not, I had a receipt with a timestamp. We've used fraires for a decade without issues, I've 4 vehicle that go there a couple times a year. We absolutely will not return, our family will be finding a new family run tire shop to go to.

They put the tires on great, but only my front 2 tires needed changing. I still bought all 4 tires and wanted to keep my back 2 tires but instead the pretty much stole them from me and said they were gone. The tires I wanted to keep had over 75% tread on them and the were lexani. That’s grimly business in my eyes.

Yeah I'm supposed to have 165 65 14s put on my car come in to buy four of them. They put two tires I bought and two tires whatever they thought they wanted to put on. Started up the mountain in Tennessee it was like I'm not going that fast they put 195 something on my car that's way too big I asked him about it they didn't want to give my money back for the two tires cuz they didn't have the other two in stock then they come out with two cheap tires. Just would not give my money back for the s*** they did probably messed up my car would not recommend these people at all

I ordered 4 new yocahoma tires. The next day when I got there to get them installed it turned out that only 3 of 4 tires were delivered from the tire vendor, so Fraires gave me 4 higher grade falken tires at the same cost. Great customer service!

I have been buying tires here for several years. This morning I went to have my tires on my 2020 GMC Sierra rotated. I purchased this set of Yokohama Geolander A/T, 10ply Tires at Fraires in November of 2021. I told the owner that I had one that was bouncing and asked for the tire balance to be checked. I told him that I purchased the tires there and he told me that I did not buy my tires there. They didn't check to see if any of the tires were not balanced, they didn't even check the tire pressure. The owner basically called me a liar. I have purchased several sets of tires here, they have lost my business. I'm usually a loyal customer, but you jerk me around and you lose my business.
