Very friendly and easy to deal with, and they've done a great job with repairs both time I've needed repairs done. And having a car rental office next door is very helpful as well.

From the moment I entered Fradellas, I was met with professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. The receptionist was friendly and thoroughly explained everything. She maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fradellas to all my friends and family!

Fraddella's in Slidell does excellent work and their rates are reasonable (and lower than some other local body shops I investigated). Kristen R. provides exceptional customer support and always goes the extra mile. Highly recommened!

The work this center does is fantastic. They came highly recommended from my friends and family, and have done fantastic work for them in the past. They communicated to me very well about the progress of my repair, and even had my car ready earlier then they expected. I had a very excellent experience with repairs but also customer service. Very professional!

Very professional and courteous from beginning to end. My car had some extensive damage but all issues were taken care of. We have a mechanic friend who assured us that our car was in the best place possible and he was absolutely correct.

Highly recommend this shop !!! I dealt with Kristen and Jodi through the whole process of my truck being there to be repaired and between the two of them I was kept in the loop every step of the way ! Their customer service is top tier and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome ! Not to mention i was extremely happy with the quality of work they did to get my truck back right and together after my wreck !

I brought my 2016 Yukon to them with damage to the driver's side doors and step, I also had them repair some previous damage. The vehicle came back looking like it left the show room floor. Very courteous, professional, and punctual. If I need work again they will get my business. Cudoes
